    Ryan (girl with freckles and great attitude!) I just had the best customer service experience in months!! My first time here and Ryan was outside in 94 degree Texas Heat but her attitude, joy, and connection was AMAZING!! Thank you for an awesome experience!!

    I absolutely love coming to this Dutch Bros, it is always my go to Friday mornings but today I was so disappointed, I ordered three Golden Eagles with soft top and on all three something was definitely missing, keep in mind I come every Friday and grab me a small golden eagle and a small shark attack rebel so I definitely know what a golden eagle should taste like, me and my daughters had to throw away our coffees today, sad comparison but very much tasted like a McDonalds coffee so yes I am very bummed about it, ruined our morning for sure 😢

    I come here very often and after my interaction today am done visiting this location if not Dutch Bros entirely. The employees do not uphold the customer service standards that I see at other Dutch Bros. The other day the young man completely skipped my car and helped 4 other cars that came well after me, just because i had pulled into the second lane, even though the sign says they’re supposed to zig-zag. I frequently go on merch drop days and even super early they will tell me they’ve already ran out of everything, so today I went as soon as I got off work (7AM) to try and get a straw topper. I waited in line for 30 minutes after my purchase, to be told by the girl running the drink over, “you needed two drinks for that”. So i pulled to the window and asked for a refund because that was literally the only reason I came. The same girl with came back from outside, and cut me off as i was speaking to grab the drink and throw it into the sink. Afterwards she determined that she “couldn’t do a refund.” Despite having just taken my drink and poured it out. She never even tried solving the problem, or even having a nice tone. I even asked her why she was being rude to me and she kept arguing saying “Im not being rude. I didn’t snatch anything.” As if I and my passenger weren’t watching everything. Everything about her demeanor was rude and argumentative, despite me being a paying customer who waited that long in line. After that I asked for a manager to speak to, to which they said she is the manager.

    Adalia is soooo helpful!! She has a welcoming smile and clear communication ☺️ she knows the drinks, ingredients, and substitution ingredients so well!! She helped us navigate to the perfect drink The only issue is how slow the line is moving.. we've been here 16 minutes(so far) since ordering It took almost 30 minutes to get our coffee. And when I asked to speak to the manager the girl at the walk up windows was very rude and snide My blended drink was runny and the straw dropped to the bottom as soon as I let it go above my cup

    Absolutely love my experience every time i come here! Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely make me feel appreciated. The hospitality is annd always is amazing, and you can really tell that the people working here care about their customers and the experience they create. It’s always nice when you leave somewhere feeling like the staff genuinely enjoyed serving you. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS CREW ROGHT HERE AND SHE WASNT HER EBUT HANNAH IS SWESOME TOOO LOVE YALL ! I’ll definitely be coming back again! 🤍
