  After multiple negative experiences at this Dunkin' location in Grand Prairie, TX, I believe franchise ownership and corporate leadership need to seriously review the customer service culture and management conduct at this store. My original concern involved a food allergy issue where I clearly requested no cheese due to an allergy, yet my order was still prepared incorrectly — even after returning to address it. What should have been handled professionally escalated unnecessarily and resulted in hostile interactions instead of accountability and customer care. Unfortunately, during another visit on May 15, 2026 around 7:25 AM CST, I simply attempted to place a routine drive-thru order for breakfast for my grandmother, who is currently sick, and the interaction again became unnecessarily confrontational. The manager working the drive-thru used profanity in front of another employee, spoke in an aggressive and disrespectful manner, and escalated what should have been a simple customer interaction. At no point should a customer feel uncomfortable, verbally confronted, or disrespected while simply attempting to order food. At this point, these incidents no longer feel isolated. There appears to be an ongoing issue involving professionalism, leadership, communication, and customer service standards at this location. Customers should feel respected, safe, and treated professionally especially when raising legitimate concerns or simply trying to place an order. I sincerely hope Dunkin’ corporate leadership and franchise ownership review these repeated concerns seriously and implement meaningful accountability and training moving forward.

  I am addicted folks!! Love the Mango Daydream Refresher with oat milk & cold foam!! It’s delicious along with their Sweet Black Pepper Snackin Bacon. My two go to’s for my morning start , along with awesome drive/thru service from Aaliyah..

  Horrible bacon and other food items. Donuts not fresh either this is for the South Grand Prairie location. The Garland location is excellent. All good and donuts wonderful.

  Out of all the Dunkin’s their caramel lattes are made the same every time I go there, just delicious! Georgia and the rest of her team make sure to make the food and drinks with love and care so customer service is a 10/10 thankful for their service! My favorite dunkin!
