- JMjessica MartinezAug 9, 20261.0I ordered the combo that came with 2 large pizzas and bread bites and soda! All came in time and food was great but the delivery guy forgot my service! I called first time and young lady apparently could not locate my order in the system and I provided the order number and their store number and still couldn’t and I was like how can you not locate it when I’m literally starring at the paper recipe and than all of a sudden was able to track it in the system. Stated to me she knows who the driver was and all and will have him deliver my soda 30mins goes by still no soda and I call back 2nd time and young man states he will be leaving 10mins and here we are over a hour still no soda and called back for the 3rd time and appears speaking to the manager who was calm as I was livid cause this was for my children to have with their pizza fun pizza night and this crap. He kept apologizing to me and I honestly know how customer service to try to sound sincere and what not worked it 15 years and now it’s like we don’t want to hear the apology and understand we mess up yes we are human but new or in training with the job you should know to hand tap and check off you have all for the customers orders and double check your vehicle to make sure you didn’t leave anything but guess they aren’t trained well and can’t handle to work in a fast paced environment!

However, please hire more delivery drivers, don't overwork such a nice guy. But also, Hiring more people would allow more pizzas to go out in a timely matter instead of pushing it all on one person.
