  Emiliano was super helpful when there was something wrong with my sandwich. He took care of it quickly and he gave great customer service. I don't have a picture of my food, only the box, because I ate it all, yum! But here are some yummy chicken nuggets. But thank you Chick-fil-A for the great food and service.

  Chick-fil-A is not what it used to be marginal food normally pretty good service, but the food is gone down the old dumper

  I started coming to this location almost two weeks already, and the service was good, then after couple of days they team members they are being slacking in my small orders, there is no way of if I pass by to drive thru and order two hot coffee, small order of chicken nuggets, as condiments 2 bags of mayonnaise and 12 vanilla creamers and I being an specific on the quantity of those many I want, and they put only 4 CREAMERS AND NO MAYONNAISE every time I go there, means the employees doing whatever they want, they are not care, they just want to throw whatever they want in you bag and get you out, as I spoke to the manager in charge, so they just because they get busy, they are going to give you whatever they want and not what are you ask for, I think all the employees included managers they are to spoiled and they are loosing the sense of urgency and focus on their job description, if you want to provide great customer service, you need to focus on giving the customers order correct and as the same time in a good time manner, you have enough team members to provide the service, for the managers I suggest to inspect what are you expect from your employees and hold everyone accountable for their job description.

  Every time I come to this chickfilla my food is always ready quickly and served with a smile. I was especially impressed when my order was taken by Cindy, who even though was in training, made my siblings feel special on his birthday!
