- JJJay Jay6 days ago1.0This morning I ordered at the drive-thru and specifically told the employee that I want a “single chicken and waffle, just the entree no meal”. I receive my food and head to work. As I open the bag I notice that there is nothing but a single waffle and some syrup…no chicken, no bacon. I try to understand how that young lady comprehended a “single chicken and waffle, entree no meal” as a “single waffle”. I couldn’t understand any other way to be more clear, so I called the establishment to fix the mistake she made and the lady who answered said the best she can do is refund me the $2 for the single waffle I was charged for. Ultimately, I couldn’t care less about the $2, but I should have been better spoken to and compensated for an incompetent mistake made by an employee because I’m not sure who would ever order a single waffle as an entree. And if the woman who answered the phone was one of the supervisor’s then she needs better leadership training on how to better accommodate customers and work with employees on their comprehension skills.

I can’t eat pork had to throw away the sandwich seriously why would you add bacon to chicken and waffle sandwich majority of the Jews and Muslims can’t eat pork or at least have your staff mention when people order at the drive-through “would you like bacon” in it? The sandwich didn’t look good anyways the waffle was like soggy and just horrible texture. The young guy who took the order had a real attitude as well, very arrogant tone, like he was doing me a favor or something.

Unsalted fries burnt which honestly I wasn’t even going to complain about. I didn’t realize it at the time but when I pulled up there was a worker (not the one that greeted me) that came at the window that expressed their frustrated over something and said “I know it’s gonna take a me a minute!” So I rolled up my window and waited patiently. But that might’ve been when they just rushed the drink. I could’ve just gone by the McDonald’s for all of this. It used to be if there was an issue you place it on the app. But I guess things have changed. They said I could come back in 30 days for a refund or replace the drink but that location is too far from my residence. I only stopped by because I was running errands in the same area. Well, lesson learned. Future customers park in the customer lot and double check your order before you leave. Again, never had to do this for chic-fil-la. Very disappointed.
