I have NEVER felt so disrespected at a Chick-fil-A. We came to the Carrier Parkway location in Grand Prairie yesterday, and what happened was completely unacceptable. We got in line around 10:20 AM. Adalys and Karina told us they could NOT take our order because lunch started at 10:30. Fine we understood and stepped aside. We got back in line at approximately 10:26 AM, literally FOUR MINUTES before lunch. Once again, Adalys and Karina refused to take our order because it was still 10:26. Then something happened that made this situation extremely concerning. There was an older white woman, and we allowed her to go ahead so the few minutes could pass. The SAME employees who had just told US they could not take our order at 10:26 had no problem taking HER order. So let me understand this: We were told NO because it was 10:26, but when a white customer came through, suddenly 10:26 wasn't a problem anymore? We are Hispanic. After witnessing this firsthand, it was impossible not to feel that our race played a role in how we were treated. I cannot tell you what was in the employees' minds, but I can tell you what we experienced and it felt racist and discriminatory. I immediately brought my concern to the manager, Kyler, expecting him to take a complaint about potential discrimination seriously. Instead, I felt completely brushed off. And unfortunately, the experience didn't get any better. After we finally received our food and sat down, our order was brought to the table incorrectly. I had to point it out to Kyler and bring the incorrect order back. Only AFTER I told him the order was wrong did he apologize. And honestly, the apology was one of the most dismissive apologies I've ever received. It felt like he was saying sorry simply because he had to, rather than genuinely acknowledging what had happened. This wasn't about waiting four minutes for lunch. It was about being told one rule applied to us, watching that rule seemingly not apply to another customer, having our concern dismissed by management, and then receiving the wrong order on top of everything else. What makes it even more disappointing is that the employees involved are Hispanic themselves. As Mexican customers, it was especially hurtful to feel like we were being treated as though we were less deserving of the same respect and service. We LOVE Chick-fil-A, which is why this experience was so shocking and disappointing. But this location has seriously changed the way I view the brand. Chick-fil-A needs to take this seriously. Review the cameras. Speak with Adalys, Karina, and Kyler. Look at exactly what happened and how customers were treated. Customers should NEVER walk out of a Chick-fil-A feeling humiliated, singled out, or discriminated against because of their race or ethnicity. Carrier Parkway Chick-fil-A — this was unacceptable. Do better.

Done coming here. Within the last month my order has been missing something or completely wrong at least 5 times. The workers aren't good at listening and they rush you through your order asking if you want anything else after every single item. They are nice though.

I had decided not to write a review, but I had had several occasions in this location with either wrong order or eating a chicken that seems raw, and I always do to go, so it is not like I can change it. Do better!
