  This place has terrible customer service. We went there Sunday stood inside employees just look at us never said anything to us. I called spoke with the manager she was full of crap. Stating there were busy we was the only customers in there. We went there Oct.3 2026 left and call back. This was the worst manager ever. All she did was making up excuses. This place sucks!!

  I was having a frustrating morning for personal reasons and came in here with my 2-year-old daughter for a fun breakfast. All of the staff were particularly friendly and actually helped to turn my morning around. They gave my daughter a complimentary cookie and kept asking if I was okay every once in awhile. I would highly recommend them for their extremely friendly service and yummy food

  I have been to this location about three times since they opened, and after my third experience, I will not be returning. They are slow as molasses; and I’m not exaggerating. I understand that restaurants get busy, but waiting around 30 minutes for an order is unacceptable, especially when customers are being told to park and move forward so the drive-thru times look better. On this visit, the food wasn’t even fresh. The fries were old and stale, and items were missing from my order. What made it more frustrating was that the staff knew they were out of certain items, yet the cashiers still allowed me to pay for them instead of letting me know upfront. I ended up paying for something I never received. The entire restaurant seemed disorganized and extremely slow. I went inside to address the issue, and everyone appeared to be moving in slow motion. There was a clear lack of urgency and communication. I’m giving 4 stars for the service only because the manager did agree to let me come back another day and have my entire order remade at no charge. I appreciated that gesture. Also, the manager did approach me immediately to inquire on my concerns. However, I just wanted a refund for the additional side that they were out of. Unfortunately, the food itself was not good. The biscuits were the only thing that actually tasted fresh and good. After three visits, I’ve given this location enough chances. I hope management addresses the speed, communication, order accuracy, and food quality because there is definitely room for improvement.

  If you're going to order from this location be prepared for it to take forever and for your pre-order not to be started until you're there to pick up. Like other reviews state, they do not monitor or honor ordering for pick up. We've done this twice and both times the order wasn't even started until we got there. Our order was placed at 11 am for a 12 pm pick up. That's an entire hour to get things together. We got there at pick up time and had to show them our confirmation email to get them to even start prepping. We waited about 40 additional minutes. Extremely unacceptable. The food is good but just be prepared, you're not getting fed at any reasonable time frame. So if you have places to be or picking up for an event (as we were) skip this place at all costs. Also, don't order the potato rounds, our containers were half filled (which is always the case with these). This place costs too much for what is offered.

  When we got off the plane we were looking for somewhere to eat. McDonald's was the easiest and closest place. Next door was BoJangles..... we had never eaten there b4 so we decided to try it. The customer service was great but the food was even better! So much we said we were going to stop on the way BACK to the airport 🤣😂. That second trip (earlier then we planned) not so much....waited 15 min for our order then to be told they were still waiting on tenders. Mind you the whole 15 min me, my husband and about 8 others were standing in line, never once did a fresh batch of fries or tots get dropped 😳. So we asked for a refund and said we would wait until it was closer to the time for us to leave. Fast forward we tried one more time for the WIN!!!!! Manager Robert made sure we were taken care of and apologized for the earlier encounter!! #Bagsecured
