    I’m a start up by saying I was so excited for this place to open. I’ve been going there in the morning time getting my food. The biscuits are hard. The chicken seem like they don’t cook it fresh it’s reheated from the day prior day some of the young children work at the register, need to be retrained and know how to talk to the customers they very rude stand around playing games and being childish. Please get y’all act together at this location. It starts from the top if you got an uncivilized manager you’re gonna have uncivilized people that work there get it right

    First time to the new location in Grand Prairie or ever going to this restaurant. I ordered the chicken sandwich with dirty rice, and sweet tea. The rice was bland. No kick or real taste. The temperature for the chicken sandwich could be hotter. The tea was good and sweet but I recommend they offer lemon juice packets or consider adding it as a condiment. This location just opened up but customer service needs a little work. The lady that took my card for payment seemingly shoved my bag of food in my hand and quickly attached my card to the receipt and closed the window. Unprofessional and needs improvement in service.

    This place definitely has a learning opportunity at hand. It was our first time here and with us staying 5 mins away I was excited. When I drove up I saw 3 people standing outside and I immediately told my wife they’re just like chic fi la! I was dead wrong 😂. During our order we had to repeat it. The kids were having fun and cracking jokes at the cost of the customer’s experience. Even when she tried repeating our order she was laughing. Being in management I understand the importance of your staff having a good time but never at the cost of customers expectations.

    I was excited for this location because i wouldn’t have to travel very far but definitely wouldn’t recommend dining in. The team is mostly young adults and they are all loudly talking at each other and cutting up behind the counter. It’s so loud in there from all the chatter between the team it’s not a pleasant experience. I couldn’t eat my meal in peace with all the yelling. Then they came out to the dining room to chat with one another. It was too much. The chicken, sides and biscuits were fresh. So the food is good but the ambience is horrible. You also have to ask for everything. They don’t have condiments out or the drink machine. I chose gravy for my dipping sauce and the cups weren’t even half full! I would say only enough for maybe two tenders. I would be VERY upset if I had received that in the drive thru. So make sure to check your order before leaving. Thankfully when I asked for more and showed them it was replaced. Maybe some quality checks are needed before allowing that to be served to customers. There’s still some work to be done here. I understand this is a new location but the team needs to improve its professionalism and overall decorum when customers are present.

    I was really disappointed with my order. First, it took over an hour to receive the food. Then, several items were either missing or incorrect. I paid extra for additional sauces and was still shorted one sauce even after bringing it to your attention. When I opened my meal, I had ordered tenders and fries but received only a little bit of fries, and they were extremely salty. I had three separate orders, and there was an issue with every single one. One order came with a cookie instead of the rice that was ordered. Another order was supposed to include coleslaw and fries as the sides but only came with rice. I understand mistakes happen, but having multiple errors across all three orders after such a long wait was very frustrating.
