  The wait and inconsistency of the coffee at this particular location is a constant problem! They are starting to mess up orders! Very unorganized and all over the place! Sometimes I wait in line 20 minutes or more and my order still isn’t right!!! Ridiculous!

  Its a good alternative to Starbucks but tbh it's not as good... if they put a little more love into the coffee it would taste better. Maybe it's just the way I prefer my coffee. But it's not bad.

  Briana was absolutely amazing! She took my order and was so funny — she honestly turned my whole day around. I was having a rough day and she had me laughing in no time. She made everything super easy and left me with a huge smile. If you stop by, definitely hope you do get her , will be back — she's the best! Thanks again for everything!

  Just went to 7 Brew, Grand Prairie, Texas. 2nd in line, understand if order in front takes from error: it happens. But do just stand there and let line build and not take any orders. Other line, guy taking orders down the line, running great. Excuse, my I-pad is at 1%, then change it or get 1 of the 8 to 10 people working to get you another or have 1 other to take orders in your line or just let someone know!! Love, 7 Brew!! Only coffee I drink. Always been great but first time at this 7 brew and very disappointing!!!

  Highly disappointed with today’s service 9/16 by the girl in red hair with 2 braids. We constant make a 25 min drive out to 7 brew anywhere from 1 to 3 times a week when possible and I’ve always had friendly service and sometimes even those outstanding employees who help make wait time go by faster with some small talk. Today on the other hand I was approached with a visibly wrong drink and I mean visibly mocha drizzle and whip cream. I’ve been ordering same 3 drinks for my best friend so we are both aware on how are drinks should come out. My issue doesn’t fall with the wrong order but the employee trying to tell me that’s what I specifically ordered when in fact I know I didn’t. I have a Starbucks 3 minutes away from me and chose to make the drive because of the coffee and atmosphere I normally get and needless to say today was very disappointing. My drink was corrected but once I drove the 25 mins back home and my best friend drank hers she in fact confirmed her order did not taste correct.
