  I bought a gift card for my roommates birthday and accidentally got charged twice! Marissa was wonderful. She tried the help the 1 st time and couldn’t but gave me the managers name and number but she got sent out of town. I went back and Marissa wouldn’t let me leave til we got it fixed she even called up someone who talked her through how to help me!! She is a total gem and the reason I’m a 7 brews girl for life now!! I love your flavored teas and she helped me find the perfect flavor combo!!😁🤩

  So I've tried the coffee and apparently the wrong one because I didn't like it.... However, they just came out with a new drink... Cotton Candy Lemonade...omg it's amazing and not too advertise alcohol but pair it with some tequila and I'm in love....I rarely drink but this is dangerously delicious!

  My husband and I have been loyal customers at the Grand Prairie location and always had great service. Friday 4/17 night was different. My husband had gone to get me a drink and though the line was long , this location is usually great with fast and friendly service so wait time was no issue. My husband was skipped in line by Landon, causing delays for everyone behind him. Another barista had to come out the stand to take his order once he was at the very front. Our drink was remade wrong 3 times !!!! and in the end, it still came out missing the caramel drizzle and toasted marshmallow cold foam. My husband had asked Landon if the drink was correct before grabbing it and leaving and in response all he got was an unsure “Yes”. Upon me receiving the drink, I was quickly able to tell it was wrong. I went back to the location this time and sure enough Landon was the one to take my order this time. When I explained what had just happened with my husband and my frustration, Landon didn't apologize and just asked me for my phone number to put in for a new order of my last drink then pointed me to pull forward. I have it on video, and its really disappointing to experience this compared to the usual friendly and fast service we always receive.
