  This is the epitome of what Whataburger small town amazing people working there always kind always happy to see you this is definitely a 7 and 1/2 star Whataburger. And I didn't make my decision off one visit I waited until I went to the store around 20 times

  My mom just got out of hospital and wanted a burger. Went to whataburger in Granbury and waited at drive through for a long time and no one responded. We drove to the pick up window and we were ignored and never helped! And, only because she wanted a whataburger did I go inside and left her in the car to put in an order! Unexceptable

  Not only is the service incredibly slow, but it seems as if they only hire people who cannot read or pay attention, or perhaps they’re just lazy and cutting whatever corners they can. There’s not a single other whataburger in this entire state with worse service or food. I haven’t had my order be entirely correct in the last 10 orders, without any exaggeration, which is simply unacceptable. If I pay extra to have an item added to my burger, it had better be there when I get my food. Not to mention, when you select curbside, you more often than not will be receiving cold food by the time it actually makes it to you (usually 10-20 minutes after their stated timeframe)

  What’s with this location? The line is always backed up and everyone is having to pull up to receive the food??? Bunch of kids are working at this location and it’s a mess. I’ll be avoiding this location for a while. Sat in drive thru for 30+ mins waiting for two meals while I got two drinks melting in my car.. ridiculous service! Woman and I waiting forever had to go inside to ask what’s happening and apparently under staffed. No excuse at ALL. Stay away.

  For the life of me I can't understand why Whataburger is throwing out the worst burger anymore. I walked in at 10am and there was nobody in the dining area. There was about eight employees behind the counter. It took me 20 minutes to get my meal. Five people walked in behind me and they got served before I did. I ordered two meals and it was to date the worst hamburger I've eaten. The french fries were stale and cold, but yet they were dropping french fries left and In the deep fryer. I don't know what the problem is at this store, but it is the worst absolute. Worst Whataburger I have ever been in to. I'm done with this place! Do better management!
