  I've never had a terrible "Burger King" level experience at whataburger until now. I pulled up to the drive thru around 10pm and sat behind stacked cars wrapped around the building for nearly 30 mins. Only to finally reach the window to order and be told to pull foward with 3 other cars up front, that are already waiting also,for 10 more minutes. I finally received my food after watching the young man take it to several wrong cars behind me first. All that would've been fine for that fireeeeeeee fatt ahhh real American burger...This was the worst burger I've had in my entire life, and im really disappointed in the whole experience...shitty experiences like this are reserved for lower tier fast food joints...The burger tasted and looked BOILED and the toppings were old and slimy😔 Cmon Whataburger, you can do better...

  Waited 20-25 minutes for a medium fry and boneless wings. Neither of these two items take 20-25 minutes, I witnessed 3 customers order after me and get their food before me. Not only that 2 managers were visibly on their phones in front of customers, and one employee and rub his nose and face while taking an order and did NOT wash his hands after.

  I ordered the prickly pear raspberry drink 20oz. It came with no raspberry topping. Not truly 20oz. After I drank it I poured a 12oz can of coke in the cup and it was the same amount of fluid. Also paid extra for this size which I usually don’t do but it was the same size cup I’m always given. Bottom bun was kind of hard around the edges, i threw it away. Had to pull around and wait on fries. .

  Freaking awful place. Made order it was rung up wrong. They fixed that part and still made order wrong. When something was daid manager lost it went psycho with attitude about it. Then they remade it and was wrong again. Then manager told staff to ignore me they wont remake it and wont refund it. Finally after being discriminated against and humiliated for a hour they decided to do the refund.

  We should have left once we saw how many people were griping about their wait time and orders. It was total chaos, there's no other word for it. I was a manager in fast food for years and this is all training issues. These folks are poorly trained and probably left on their own to figure stuff out. Nothing was hot and fresh. The fries were old and stale, the cheese wasn't even soft because the burger wasn't hot enough to warm it. We weren't greeted or thanked until we thanked the young man. We could see some of the staff was frustrated but, frankly, it looked like everyone was so jaded they've stopped caring at all. Oh and the Door Dash order sat there the whole time we were there which was about 45 minutes. We were lucky. There were folks there before us who had been there 20 min before we got there and still hadn't gotten their food. Corporate needs to send trainers.
