  Visiting from out of town with a large group… The team at this location was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to help us with a last minute, 11-pizza order!! One of the best service in town!

  Never accept doordash orders from here. Youll be waiting 15-20 mins just for your food to have been ready the entire time. Some bullshit happens everytime I get an order from here. And dont bother ordering in store, a guy came in to order in person while I was waiting for my order. They basically just ignored him till he walked out to his car and put in his order online. Typical papa John's activity, not only do they have the worst pizza out of all the places in town, but the worst customer service also.

  If you ever go in this store it is toxic. There's a weight in the air that you can feel. If you have ever had the pleasure or displeasure of listening to the "leadership" talk to the employees it's pretty jaw dropping. I should've reviewed this closer to the incident I witnessed. I recently saw where an employee got heat exhaustion and they spoke about the owner hollering at them all day which reminded me of the visits that I have witnessed a toxic environment. I feel terrible for the employees

  They don't even deliver to my house since they moved awhile back but I went in person about month ago. (June 2026 around (6:00-6:30 pm) The 4-5 employees that were working were absolutely busting their butts. The person I assumed was the manager (AL) was loudly barking orders at everyone. One young employee, who I believe may have had special needs, was stocking the cooler with bottled drinks. He accidentally mixed a few Mountain Dews in with the Pepsis, and you would have thought he'd committed a terrible offense. The manager pulled every bottle back out and made him do it all over again while speaking to him in a way that was completely unnecessary. The young man looked so defeated. It honestly broke my heart. I believe managers should have authority and hold employees accountable, but there's a way to do it with respect and dignity. People work harder for leaders who appreciate and encourage them not for someone who treats them like they're disposable.

  Worst management ever, and I find it hard to believe the CEO has ignored complaints about how this management treats their employs and customers, I went one time to pick up and order, to bad I had already paid and had company at home waiting on me to bring food, I would have canceled my order, I WILL NEVER BE BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
