Food 5/5: No complaints
Service 5/5: When using the drive thru, they will always have you pull forward or park to keep the line flowing.
Atmosphere 4/5: The parking lot entrance is right where people are trying to get out of drive-thru or the parking spots for drivethru so can get congested.

The last 2 days I've gone through the drive-thru at 7:10am. The first day (Tuesday) there were only 3 cars ahead of me in line. However, they made a bunch of us wait for our breakfast sandwiches; I waited 15 minutes and was 2 minutes late for work. No biggie- they probably had a staff shortage in the kitchen.
This morning there were no cars in line at the drive-thru. AFter placing and paying for my order, I got my OJ and sandwich, but was told I had to wait "a few minutes" for my medium strawberry-banana smoothie.. What?? Finally, EIGHT minutes later, a worker comes out with a tray full of bags (3) and some drinks. She asks me what I have, I tell her a smoothie, and she says, "Oh, I don't have one of those."
At that point I drove off - so thank you for letting me pay for an item I never received.
Forget about being late for work - that's on me. But I will NEVER go through this drive-thru for breakfast again. Even if there was a staff shortage, on Day 2 you couldn't produce ONE smoothie in 8 minutes, yet at least 3 other people got their full breakfast??
Pathetic - and the three other 1-star reviews this past 7 days tells the tale.
No fry or straws and only filled my drink 3/4 of the way

Whatever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? No greeting when you walk in the door, any customer unable to figure out the kiosk just won’t eat I guess.
The kiosk must be manufactured by the same company that does the ice cream machines because it NEVER prints a receipt! We sat down at our table to wait for our food, the lady comes over and dumps the tray on our table and says oh you had a drink? Walks away, grabs a cup, sets it down on our table and turns and walks away. At what point if we needed ketchup or napkins or anything, does anybody ever ask us Is there anything else that we can get you or is everything OK or hey thanks for coming in and eating with us today. Absolutely nothing! Meanwhile, every employee that was behind the counter and in the prep area was having super loud personal conversations and laughing and carrying on, and there’s a lobby full of people standing around waiting for their food or coming in from the drive-thru because their order was not correct, and nobody could get any service, heaven forbid you say excuse me to get someone’s attention, then you’re met with an attitude and a really snarky remark. Y’all got all that time to have all these conversations and do all this laughing, but you don’t have time to worry about your customers nor do you have time to serve them hot food. We literally had to go back up to the counter and request new fries because ours were cold. Worst experience ever!
