Missing items that I was charged for, most recently, my order was supposed to be ready at 4:30 and it wasn’t ready until 5:15. Then I waited 30 min in the parking spot for them to bring it out. Curbside is supposed to be for convenience and my experiences with them have been nothing but inconvenient!

She's scanning my things and when she's done, she looks at me and says; Did you just put your phone number in there?! I said yes ma'am I did. She tells me, NEXT TIME DONT DO THAT! The look on my face pretty much told her I didn't appreciate being talked to in that manner, and sarcastically said Well ok then! Especially if that's the only thing you are going to say to me. At that point she decides to tell me to use the App from now on. And proceeded to talk to the person behind me. Well Excuse me! I didn't know. I never had that experience at the Burleson location.
