  I don’t normally like writing negative reviews, I give people benefit of the doubt, but this was absurd. We ordered 2 blizzards and waited over 20 minutes. In the meantime I saw 2 doordashers get their order and people being served who ordered after us. Most of the employees would stand in the back and poke their head out. Most of the employees were standing around and the red haired shift lead wasn’t doing much either. I don’t know if our order was missed, if we were ignored, but whatever it was it was enough for us to not come back.

  The manager there with the grey hair and wears eye glasses. Been there twice 1 first time she argued with me about a slice of damn cheese on a kids cheeseburger. The second time one got a ice cream cone another ice cream cup. Well the cup had a sample and the cone was full. Thats ridiculous she argued with me again about the serving was to much on the cone and it was made wrong. This manager needs to have a attitude check. She is rude to her customers, disrespectful, wants to argue with you instead of fixing there mistakes and say you wanted it that way when clearly it says it on the damn receipt the way I wanted it!! Than turn around and want the whole story from her employee on how this happen. It was like over 5 freaking minutes to get it fixed. Ridiculous

  We stopped in for a cherry dip cone, hoping they brought back that flavor. They even have a mint cookie crunch dip cone I’ll try next time.
