I was wearing forest green sweatpants and ordered two bowls with double chicken. The employee who helped me was very unfriendly and came across as rude, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I also was not given a receipt, which I didn’t realize until I had already left. When I got home, I discovered that the chicken in my bowls was undercooked, which is extremely disappointing. I’ve been trying to call the store to resolve this, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone. I don’t have time to come back tonight and will be out of town until next week, but I would really appreciate someone reaching out to me to make this right. This was not the level of service or food quality I expected. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
