  I thought since the manager didn't care enough to call me back, then I'll write a bad review. I was trying to get a hold of the manager but the employees kept telling me she was arriving late in the evening to count the drawer, and that she knew I was trying to reach her, and that she WILL call me back. Boy, I loved being lied to. Stop stringing me around. So apparently the staff is there without a manager. I noticed they weren't all put together when I was there sitting for awhile on my order. I waited so long that 1 car left the driveway, and the other who was sitting behind me for awhile, was just about to pull out until I left. Oh, by the way, your girl employee did NOT do the upside down blizzard test. Actually, they almost forgot to give it to me. I had to remind them right before driving off. Reason I was trying to reach the manager was because the taco salad barely had any taco meat and veggies. Where's the beef? Their tacos have more beef than the taco salad. $8 for a salad that barely had any meat and veggies is crazy. I bought a beef taco salad at the Eastland location a couple of days ago and that was fully loaded. That's what I was expecting from this location. Not sure if this is how you usually have your salad with barely there ingredients. Maybe cute back most of the meat you put in your tacos, and place in the salad. Also, I asked for a couple of extra taco sauce packs and the guy didn't want to give them to me, something like the company doesn't like us giving out more than 3. Funny thing is, afterwards a girl gave me a bag full of ketchup, and I didn't even ask for that. Guess it's okay to get more ketchup packs than taco sauce. At least they gave me the sour cream on the side, unlike when I order the 3 tacos that's supposed to have it included (without asking for it). Don't lie to your customers and say you will call me, plus don't have your employees lie for you. All I wanted to do was explain my taco salad to you, but you wanted to treat a paying customer like crap. Now I know why your rating is SO low. I have attached pics, but they don't do justice on how little meat, and veggies are in it. Do better DQ!

  I was blown away by the service, speed and quality of food and staff! Our Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA) group met up at the Highway 380 Dairy Queen for food and ice cream after our rally was completed. We arrived with a large number of hungry bikers. The speed at which the orders were taken, cooked and/or made, and then served was totally amazing! The parking lot was large enough and well maintained to accommodate a large variety of vehicles and easily accessible both entering and exiting. The dining area is good sized with plenty of seating!! One of our group commented they had never seen a Dairy Queen that fast and accurate with every order!! Awesome job!! It was truly a blessed experience and is a blessing to the community they serve!

  This place sucked and we sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes waiting for chicken strips and a burger. Also there was one car in the parking lot, so its not like they were busy.
