  Subway here in Gonzales, get it together. I first stood there for about 3 min waiting for an employee to come to the front. When someone finally dragged out there I wasn’t greeted or told “sorry for the wait” just asked what sandwich I wanted. Then said employee proceeded to completely smash my bread while cutting it. That’s a problem for me from the jump. I chose the Subway club, ham, turkey and roast beef; she got all the way to the cheese when I noticed she was skimping me on the meat. Instead of complaining I switched to double meat. Mind you she had been ripping and clumping the deli meat all up onto my smashed bread. I felt the mood swell with irritation as they removed the prior meat instead of just adding more over top. She then added 2 more pieces of ham and turkey but no more roast beef than before which was my big issue. I allowed myself to become visibly annoyed rather than complacent and told her to wrap it up. No condiments, no vegg, not even to cut it. I was done trying to get her to do her job that she’s paid to do. Obviously a high school student. Obviously a waste of customers time. I can make better for less. As someone in service for a living. Don’t pmo. 😒 & people reading, yes it’s that serious.

  Lazy employees that didn't want to make my sandwich the way I wanted, I always tip $100 to subway to put everything on it but the employees refused to do so.

  Horrible staff. Horrible management. These people need a job outside of customer service cause clearly they don’t know how to serve their customers.

  Ice machine needs to be cleaned of lime build up. Noticed it it the ice chute.
