  The food was good and the kids working were trying hard. Use the drive thru. The inside was filthy. The floor was so dirty it was slick. Just get it to go and you'll be happy.

  Stopped by to grab a burger, Im a little tight on money and depressed and stressed beyond what words can convey. Literally cried in the parking lot before I came in to order lol. The girl up front Dayna, for no reason at all, bought me a fry and a drink to go with my burger, I'm assuming she could tell I just couldn't afford it, this is what REALLY brings people back. Treating people with kindness, empathy and love. Thank you so much Dayna, you made my day. That was

  Not the finest Whataburger location I have been. Even though it was a fairly busy Sunday morning, the lobby wasn't serviced once in the forty five minutes I was there. No napkins in the bin and almost every table needed to be cleaned. Staff not friendly at all, just going thru the motions. The lady who took my order had a trainer shirt on which scared me even more. They.much follow procedures from corporate as it was tasty and the presentation was fine, but the service here is horrible.

  We arrived and waited at least 3 or 4 minutes before one of the many people of the staff that just walked by us.Looked at us.Were somebody finally came to take our order. The young lady who took her order was very customer friendly, but as far as the food goes when you pay $10 for a meal, one should get what they pay for. My sister in law and I both ordered your chicken "tenders" meals, two of her"tenders" where the size of nuggets and one of mine was as well. So on the way out, she asked to speak to a manager.Instead , some young frying cook gave her some song and dance about how they can't control the size of the "tenders". So instead of doing the right thing by satisfying the customer and fixing the problem, we walked out totally not satisfied with this experience. I mentioned to them that the whataburger down the street from my home in spring branch, would never let a customer walk away with half of their meal being half of the size that it should be they fix it and throw in an extra chicken tender because it's the right thing to do. Although the young lady who took our order was great in the refill of our drinks.But outside of that , the experience was very disappointing , and I did make mention of that to your staff as I walked out with my sister in law. Thank you.
