  Another place with kids in charge. I ordered a kids burger with mayo and veggies. Got a kids burger with mustard no veggies. The 3 youngsta’s were more concerned about their convo than anything. I only stopped because my husband wanted a burger and after a long drive from Houston I wasn’t cooking tonight. But NEVER AGAIN!

  I visited this Sonic location this evening and ordered a Sonic Burger, mozzarella sticks, and a large Dr Pepper. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The employees appeared uninterested and gave the impression that they did not want to be there. While customer service was lacking, the food quality was the biggest issue. The Dr Pepper tasted terrible, almost as if the soda machine had not been cleaned or maintained properly. The Sonic Burger was extremely dry and appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp well beyond its intended hold time, making it nearly inedible. Even the mozzarella sticks were disappointing—they seemed overcooked and then left sitting out for an extended period before being served. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Sonic location. I hope management takes steps to improve food quality, equipment maintenance, and overall customer service at this store. I’d rate that experience around 1 out of 5 stars based on the food quality issues alone.
