  I am reaching out to formally complain about the quality of our recent Taco Bell order and, even more importantly, the way our concerns were handled by the store manager. We are regular Taco Bell customers and spend $30 or more per visit, multiple times a week. We have continued to give this location our business because we genuinely enjoy Taco Bell, but the quality of this particular order was completely unacceptable. The potatoes were so hard that we could not eat them. The chicken wrap contained only two very small pieces of chicken, making it feel like we received an incomplete portion. We also ordered the new Chicken Cantina GC 2-Pak, and both items were extremely disappointing. There was little to no cheese, barely any meat, and the food did not taste or appear fresh. We called the restaurant to bring these issues to their attention. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the store manager called us liars and insisted that she had made the food fresh. She then hung up on us. Being treated this way as loyal, paying customers was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. We understand that mistakes can happen in a restaurant, and we are not expecting perfection every time. What we do expect is reasonable food quality, accurate portions, fresh food, and respectful customer service when we bring a legitimate concern to management. Considering how frequently we visit Taco Bell and how much we spend, this experience was especially frustrating. We called back after hang up and was blatantly ignored.

  Well a little disappointed nothing was hot it was just little warm and man I don’t remember it being that expensive for what you get not much meat on any tacos

  I order on the Taco Bell app and they always have my order ready quickly and made correctly 👍 This location does not currently offer a baby changing table in the bathrooms. 😕

  This was atrocious!!!! I don’t understand how you take and get paid to do whatever you want with no consequences!!! Read the other reviews, someone needs to take charge here and coach or terminate some “employees “. Asked for no onions and got them anyway, the rest of the food was whatever was left from earlier or something even my 2 year old granddaughter couldn’t eat it.
