  Forgot my drink, stale fries, cold burger. My husband had to wait over 25 minutes for our order. (Meal deal with a Sprite Zero & he got a shake) This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience with the pm shift. They seem to be lazy, unmotivated, distracted, and no sense of care for the quality of product they’re delivering.

  They didn't seem to be terribly busy, but took (we checked our GPS records) almost 20 minutes to bring us two drinks. Not sure what the hold up was, but definitely not the fastest Sonic experience we've ever had. However, the drinks were delicious.

  The food is great but god damn is the service slow. Slow enough that you sit here and wonder if they even got the order. They always forget the sauce you asked for as well

  Have ordered several times the last few weeks. The burgers were cold and hard/overcooked. When ordering the tropical cream smoothie... sometimes it's right and sometimes it's not. It should be a PALE yellow if made correctly, my last 2 have been SUNFLOWER yellow. 🤢🤮 If I could post pictures, I would!!
