To Whom It May Concern,
I am submitting this complaint regarding repeated issues at your location.
I have contacted the store in the past after receiving poor-quality food, and to their credit, staff have offered to remake the order. However, this is not about receiving replacements—it is about a consistent pattern of food quality concerns that needs to be addressed at the operational level.
Your carhop staff at this location consistently provides excellent customer service. They are polite, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. My concern is that their efforts are being overshadowed by repeated inconsistencies in food preparation and quality control.
The most recent order I received around 8:00 AM appeared to be old stock. The meat was dry and had the texture of something prepared well in advance and held too long. The bun was hard and stale, and the cheese appeared to be set into the bread as if it had been refrigerated and reheated. Based on its appearance, texture, and taste, it did not seem freshly prepared.
This is not an isolated incident. This is the third or fourth time I have received food of noticeably poor quality from this location, and I sincerely hope it is the last.
With rising fast food prices, customers reasonably expect food that is fresh, properly prepared, and consistent with brand standards. What I have experienced does not meet those expectations.
I am not requesting compensation. I am requesting accountability, corrective action, and a review of food handling and preparation procedures at this store to ensure consistency moving forward.
I would also strongly encourage an unannounced corporate or district-level visit to observe operations across different shifts, as there appears to be inconsistency in quality control.
