We ate in the dining room this evening and it was very busy. The young lady with brownish blonde hair, I think her name was Whitney, was taking an order and as soon as she was done she immediately seated us and took our drink orders. She was very friendly and always had a smile. She was attentive to all of her customers including us. She was earning her paycheck tonight, she never stopped moving!!!!Just wanted to give her a little praise for a job well done on a busy evening!

I came in very disoriented and got the locations mixed up for my carry out order. They were very patient and kind even though I wasn’t making any sense at all lolol. Great customer service and the pizza was good too.

Not a good place to eat if you don’t eat meat. All their pizza has meat on it. We did order a couple for the buffet but only got a couple of slices before they were gone. Everything they put on the buffet after that had meat on it. Had to go to the counter to get tea refill. Do not recommend for non meat eaters.

This is a post that's being continued from my other account. I had a little more I wanted to add and couldn't figure out how to add another review. 🤷 Anyway, I was going on about Samuel. I really just want him to know that he is doing a great job, in my opinion, and continue having that wonderful attitude that definitely made you shine! Pass it on to others and be a leader like you were tonight! You definitely caught my attention and it was nice to see young men and women just doing what they know to be their job, and then handle themselves so well by showing so much maturity within a situation that CAN BE stressful and overwhelming, but doesn't get that way! I was very impressed with your work ethic and overall, just impressed by you! Your hard work will definitely pay off one day if it hasn't already and will continue paying off by simply doing your job. Your job doesn't always have to be something you will get right all the time.. mistakes will be made, we changed day and learn something new everyday, no matter our age.. don't stress if you didn't do something right because what matters is that you're doing the job.. thank you for catching my attention because it was the highlight of my day and entertaining for sure! Keep up the hard work and keep smiling! The last thing I want to say about this 50 minuteong Doordash I waited for very patiently is that 1 other person made an impression on me, aside from Samuel. His name is Keevy (I'm sorry if I misspelled it). I don't remember how you spelled it to me but, after Samuel had kinda lost hope on someone coming in to help, you walked through the door... In regular, outside of work uniform clothes, and jumped right in to help your employees. You took care of them first so you would know how to take care of your customers and where to start. Each one of your employees had the biggest smile, yet shocked, by you walking through the door! Your experience in handling the situation at hand with your employees needing a little help, made you sparkle how much respect you have for your employees, your company, your customers, and YOURSELF by far! I believe I heard you say that you are the assistant manager but I could be wrong, and whether you are or not, your management over every obstacle you didn't have come in and jump over in the first place, since you clearly weren't scheduled to be there, had me amazed that there are still some out there that are in management because they actually manage everything, every obstacle and hurdle, with respect, kindness, and charisma with ease! You made a choice to come in (drive from Longview) and help your employees and train them a little more with simple reminders. Very calm, kind-hearted, and polite to everyone you had contact with, and I would say that you are teaching some, like Samuel, very good habits to possess, as well as, showing others how well and smoothly things pan out when you're a team player and when management cares about their customers, but most definitely their employees first! You don't get to witness good management a lot today but I am happy to say I witnessed it today and I hope you continue doing great things! So 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ as a huge shout out and thank you to Samuel and Keevy!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I only came into this location to pickup a Doordash but I'll have to say that even though it was a very long wait, there were some things and/or people I noticed that made the wait worthwhile. There were 2 tables, I believe, I side that a couple and then a family of 3. And then there were multiple vehicles in the drive thru line, plus 2 ladies waiting for their order in the Togo or pickup area, as well. I was asked pretty promptly who I was picking up for and got the response back that they are still working on it. So while I stood at the front and waited, I observed. I thought there may have been only 3 employees but later realized there was 4. The 2 I mainly noticed were the girl who was handling the drive thru and the dining room customers at the least but was helping in other areas I'd she could. She was polite but she seemed to be young enough that she still has a lot of learning on her hands, and mostly when it comes to professionalism. I'm sure she will grow... We all do, or most of us hopefully. 😉 The phone was constantly ringing but from what I could tell, they had a lot on their hands for a Saturday night. There was one of the guys that I especially noticed. He was communicating with all 3 of his coworkers, was trying to make phone calls for anyone that could possibly come in and help, and every customer and for any reason he saw fit and would hopefully have everyone satisfied. He was pushing the orders at the end from what I could tell, along with cutting and boxing the pizzas, working the screen that shows all orders, answered the phone when he could and no matter how busy or what he was in the middle of, carried orders to cars outside waiting, made an appearance to customers dining inside just so he could apologize for the wait or anything else they may have been unhappy with, remade a pizza that was made in correctly, apologized to myself and another dasher, continued to make phone calls for help while he was doing his best in encouraging his 2 coworkers in the back, by telling them they could push through the rush smoothly as long as they all remembered to be a team player and help where needed, if they had a free hand to do so. He definitely was overwhelmed and in my opinion, probably felt like he was the team. A 1 man team that wanted to make sure everyone was happy and satisfied. If he was one that didn't like his job, you couldn't tell if by watching his every move and any little bit of a conversation he was having with someone else! This young man's name is Samuel and I would like for him to know that every company or place of employment, in any industry, should have more people like you working for them, as well as, working beside you as a team player! The restaurant industry can be very challenging because working with the public can take a huge toll on a person alone, but one person can stop a huge toll from occuring if everyday, and especially the days you feel so overwhelmed because your "in the weeds" and close to drowning in quicksand, if you step back, take a deep breath in, and while you exhale, tell yourself that there aren't in weeds around you to get tangled and caught up in and you're definitely not in the desert to be that close to quicksand, so why rush yourself to get your job done? You will always get your job done because YOU can tell yourself that YOU KNOW YOU ARE DOING what YOU KNOW TO BE YOUR job, maybe even everyone else's job, too, BUT that's because MOST LIKELY, no matter what position you may be on the ladder, EVERYONE ELSE'S JOB IS IN FACT, YOUR JOB, too, so why let things like weeds and quicksand get inside your head to overwhelm you so much that in all reality, that's what will actually keep you from doing your job? Feeling overwhelmed! It's hard, but any one person can train their mind to not let the small things affect the big things because the big things, and the even bigger things, will get noticed, will pay off all those small things, and in the end, only one person will benefit from breathing in the big things and exhaling those small overwhelming toxins..
