  If you're thinking of ordering from the Pizza Hut location in Giddings, save your money and go somewhere else. The customer service here is beyond horrendous. Every single time I order, the staff is completely rude and acts like helping customers is a massive burden. When you walk in, employees are just standing around doing nothing. Even with the door chime going off repeatedly as people enter, they stare right at you and say absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, your prepaid food sits right on the counter getting cold and dried out. When I asked to cancel my order because no one would actually hand it to me, they couldn't even be bothered to process the cancellation or refund. They will literally take your money, let your food sit, and refuse to complete the transaction or refund you. Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money—do not order from this location!

  I waited a extra 30 minutes after what they said the delivery time would be , my food was cold and hard like it was over cooked!! My wings were missing kike someone ate out of my container! Overall I just think they have very bad customer service and don't like taking care of there customers!!
