  This location is the worst when it comes to seasoning, every time I order Cajun wings only the top wing has any seasoning. The rest are just tossed in mild. Like if I want mild I’ll order that. The fries are the same like the top has seasoning and the rest are limp fries. The service is pretty good, but it just annoys the hell out of me that I get ONE good wing and the rest are gross.

  The staff is horrible especially management and the food has become subpar at best. I placed a delivery order for classic wings well done extra seasoning, simple. This was the second time making this order and both times there was barely any seasoning and the wings were not cooked as requested. The first time I let it go but this past Saturday I was not willing to spend $25 and not be satisfied. I called and asked for the manager. A young guy got on the phone and after I explained the situation he asked what did I want him to do about it. I said I couldn’t come in at the time hence getting my food delivered and he stated they could refund it and took my information. I was told Shane the GM was the only person that could do the refund. Here it is Wednesday and I haven’t heard anything back. So I call to follow up. The first attempt I was left on hold for about 10 minutes. The second attempt the first person apologized and got the manager. I believe her name was said to be Lacreatia or something similar. She picked up the phone with a very rude attitude and said “ how can I help you”. I stated I will call back because she was rude. After I receive my refund, I will NOT patronize this restaurant again. Just HORRIBLE!!!

  Horrible experience. We ordered ahead of time and still ended up waiting over an hour for our wings. To make matters worse, the order was completely wrong when we finally received it. Waiting over an hour for an order that was placed ahead of time is unacceptable, especially when the order isn’t even prepared correctly. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place unless you’re willing to wait hours and potentially still not receive what you ordered.

  I typically don’t leave reviews but it seems to be an ongoing issue with this location. This is definitely the worst Wingstop I’ve ever ordered from! I’ve received numerous orders where the food had little to no seasoning at all. The bone-in wings are always undercooked. Fries are always cold and barely cooked. Save your money and don’t order here.

  I had an order tonight. It was incorrect from my end. I called and spoke with the manager very knowledgeable. Well spoken. I explained to him that I made a mistake and I still have the order to bring it back to remake. He told me that he cannot take the food back. He redid my order. It was fresh. He was very polite. I pray that he could raise. Thank you so much for choosing him as a leader at Wingstop made many many miracles come to this location for him.
