This is easily the best restaurant I've ever eaten at in the whole state. I went to dinner with family after work, we both got the French onion soup as the starter. I can easily say it was the best French onion soup I've ever eaten. We both ended up getting the 10oz prime dry aged ribeye, but both got it pepper steak style since they had a NY pepper steak that sounded good, and decided to try it on the ribeye to see how that was. I don't think I've ever had an oak fired steak before, and that made the flavor profile truly unlike any steak I've ever had before, in the best possible way. What we were surprised at was that the ribeye was only $29 and then the NY strip of the same size cost more. The steak was cooked to perfection, the fat on the steak was perfectly rendered, and was a very tender steak. I think it might've been the best steak I've ever had, and I've had A5 wagyu, Australian wagyu, and American wagyu. It was that good of a steak that it can compare with it. The steak fries/wedges that came with it you could also tell were house cut/seasoned/fried. They were the perfect cook, texture and tasted great! It's easily the best restaurant I've been to in a very long time. The staff were wonderful , friendly, and we had excellent service throughout our meal. Whenever I'm back in Georgetown for work, this is going to be a non-negotiable must visit for us.

We picked Wildfire for lunch for our 53rd wedding anniversary and could not have been any happier with our decision. Our appetizer, main dishes, and dessert were top shelf. Even better was Stella, our server, who was truly delightful. Her attentiveness and demeanor helped make this a truly memorable anniversary meal. After leaving, we thought "This should be our go-to place for any future anniversary meals the Lord gifts us!" Well done, Wildfire!
Had a wonderful evening at Wildfire celebrating my co-workers retirement. Started with some delicious signature cocktails and had a wonderful meal following. The ambiance was amazing, service was outstanding and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Bill, for making the retirement celebration extra special!

Second best elk loin I've ever had (the saddle peak Lodge had a Michelin star). Everyone was delighted with our steaks, fish, salads, and then came the dessert tray. We each choose our favorite, and at the end of the desert roulette, we each claimed to have the champion. Outstanding!

We were very disappointed with our waiter. He didn't seem very interested in making our dinner a good experience. No suggestions for appetizers or the entrees. Twice he tried to take my plate before I was finished. When we told him it was our anniversary, he said he'd give us free cheesecake and removed the dessert menu from my hand. He was polite but didn't do much to make it a special occasion.
