  I used to really enjoy this location when it first opened because the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. We waited nearly 40 minutes for three meals, and after such a long wait, I expected the food to at least be fresh, but it was not. I’m also concerned about the overall decline in service and consistency at this location. There seem to be new employees every time we visit, and the experience has noticeably changed. I especially want to mention an employee named Rumi (if I read the badge correctly). Her behavior during our visit came across as unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I understand customer service can be stressful, but interactions with guests should still be respectful. I hope management addresses this with their team. I do want to recognize RJ, who was very kind and understanding about the long wait. His attitude was appreciated and made a difficult experience a little better. Overall, I hope management takes the time to improve communication, service, and food quality at this location.

  You participate in doordash and know that the internet for cell phone users doesnt work at your location or any of the businesses around here. I ask an employee about wifi to pick the order up and yhe tell me its "corporate internet" as if you cant run two seperate systems like every other "corporation" What is every delivery person supposed to do? Go drive to HEB to use their internet for your business inconveniencing both the HEB corporation and the contracted delivery driver. Why do you disrespect us?

  This is fairly new Whataburger. Seems the patties are bigger here than other Whataburgers. Very clean and staff is pleasant.

  Restaurant is always clean, and food decent (always fresh). Only reason for not 5 stars all around is sometimes it's difficult to get help from an employee. I hate that so many restaurants are now pushing customers to use online/mobile ordering or kiosk ordering. Unfortunately, Whataburger does not allow simple modifications online, such as the amount of ice you want in a drink.

  Worst drive-thru experience I have ever had. Took literally 30 minutes to get my food. Would have left after 15 minutes but I was blocked in by cars. This location manager should be fired immediately and know they are losing a ton of repeat business every day.
