  I don't normally leave reviews, but this experience made no sense. I placed my order about 20 minutes before arriving, which should have been more than enough time to prepare a simple $12 order. I expected to be able to pick it up and go. When I pulled into the drive-thru, I waited around five minutes and no one even acknowledged me at the speaker. I finally went inside, where I found the manager leaning against the trash cans talking to someone instead of helping customers. When I asked for a refund because my order hadn't even been started, I received no help. I've been to this location before when it was much busier, and they handled things better than this. During this visit, there were only two cars in the drive-thru, so there's really no excuse for the lack of service.

  First timer - was super stoked to try Whataburger and get my burger craving fix. I ordered a #6 Combo - Avocado Bacon Burger - added jalapeños, MontereyJack cheese, subbed for grilled onions. There was NO bacon, NO avocado and there was American cheese on it. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfactory.

  Went through drive through and picked up. Drove 1/4 mile back to office. The burger was cool to the touch. Drove back and went inside. Complete chaos. And, No, they were not busy.

  🚨🚨 WATCH YOUR CHARGES 🚨🚨 I received an incorrect order at the drive-thru. I went inside to retrieve my order, but when I got home, it was made wrong. For some reason, they charged me $4.68 for a medium Coke on my kids’ meal. In-store, it’s $2.91 after tax for a medium Coke. So, the total for the kids’ meal before tax was $11.17. I asked the worker why I was charged that amount, and they said they could explain it to me or help me. I’ve attached pictures for reference.

  I was really excited about this new Whataburger location going in. I am 62 years old and was raised on Whataburger and never have I received any greasy food But this location that’s what I came home with was a greasy hamburger and greasy onion rings with the french fries missing out of the bag I went through the drive-through and it was obvious that the girl that took my orderwas not listening to me. I had to repeat the order then when I get to the window, she’s distracted with a dog in a truck behind me instead of ensuring my order was complete before handing it to me Date of service 7/18/26 3:00pm CST. I know you guys can do better than this!
