    Ordered food to-go and went upstairs to the bar for a beer while waited. Shannon was very sweet and informative. She told us about the specials and about trivia night. We will definitely be back. Thanks Shannon!

    Low key one of my favorite stops is a quick stop at the bar before grocery shopping. Shannon is great! The atmosphere is really nice, and the food is pretty darn good too.

    We were honestly a little disappointed with HEB BBQ. We tried the 2 different brisket sandwiches (chopped and sliced), the sausage, and then just the regular brisket. On one of the sandwiches, I decided to get the side of beans for $1.50, and instead of a small side I got the tiniest side of beans I've ever seen. They were pretty good, but I also got 2 huge chunks of fat in the beans.. so it was a total of maybe 5 beans. I didn't spend enough money on them to complain, but I would've rather have paid the full amount and actually gotten a little cup of beans. Also, the sausage was just not good. It tasted like it had been sitting there staying warm all day. They offered to switch out the sausage, but when we got a different kind it tasted the same. Maybe sausage isn't a big seller? Anyway, not a bad experience but we were definitely disappointed!

    I’ve never been more impressed with a restaurants quality of food and service. Then, to say it came FROM A GROCERY STORE is so crazy! Shannon took care of us upstairs at the bar and gave us what felt like Michelin star restaurant customer service. I’m proud to shop and give my business to HEB.

    Food was good, in this case a turkey sandwich. However the choice of chips was very bad (cheese balls, ranch tortilla chips, and salt & vinegar). When asked if there were others available, staff became defensive and rather terse...just not the HEB level of customer service that everyone expects.
