  We went there a couple of days ago. Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender, crispy chicken sandwich, tater tots, fries and a banana shake. We specifically stated 'NO COMBOS', but they added a water which we did NOT order and charged us for a combo anyway making our total $3 higher than it should have been.Chicken tenders alone were $5.49, combo charged was $8.69. The ordered items displayed on the screen for a very short period of time and we did not catch it until the carhop brought the order and we stated that we did not order a water and the carhop brushed it off.

  When we ordered our food. The woman on the speaker sounded as she was unhappy to be working. Her tone was very mono toned. We asked her for information and rather her answering what we asked she instead placed it as our order. Tried tipping even though it was bad experience ordering. But the kiosk was wasnt working. Might want to get that checked out. Since we were unable to tip. I believe is the reason that when we called in for ketchup it never arrived. After ten minutes realizing they might never bring us the ketchup. We left. Very bad experience. If you dont like your job, dont apply. Find a better job you can at least be happy and show better customer service.

  Served hot dog with a moldy bun. Replaced and given a coupon for a drink. Not a free drink mind you. A drink for 99 cents that expired 6 months ago.
