  Entered the unit about 7pm. When we entered an employee sitting behind the counter out of sight, said set where you want. We found a booth and waited. There was only one other couple eating at the time. We waited and watched. Drivers came in an out. One started folding boxes. One lady seemed to be chewing out another employee. The employee who sat behind the counter, was still sitting behind the counter. The clocked ticked on. No menu, No waitress. No recognition that we were even there. After 15 minutes, we got up and left. As we were leaving, I asked a lady who was having a casual conversation with a driver out on the dining room floor, not far from our table, who the manager was. She relied, she was. I asked her if was normal to let 2 people sit there an be ignored for 15 minutes. She just looked at me as if I had just interrupted her important conversation. We walked out only to spend our $45. on the square. I've been in the QSR for over 30 years, even an area manger for Pizza Hut, both corporate & franchise. Some of the worst customer service I've seen.

  For food service, cleanliness is not on the menu. The dirty floor appears abandoned with no expectation to sweep or mop. The counter and cash register is spotted with dried white stains that could make a person gag. There are serious areas in need of repair from the reception area viewpoint. The staff seems to be friendly and attentive to the customer. However, oblivious to their working and serving environment. It has been years since I have ordered from Pizza Hut , but decided to take advantage of an offer for a free 8 piece wings. The wings were not presentable and in fact, there was a half raw one. I uninstalled the app in my phone.

  Dawn completely ignored me when I tried to ask what was missing from my order, she was yelling across the kitchen, not to mention the employees apparently aren't adequately trained and only made half of qhat appeared to be 4 different orders. Its simple read the screen and make whats on there. Of the online says ready in 15 expect to wait 30. This place has gone to trash and Dawn is rude. She appears to be the Manager. She went from the laptop in the dining area to cutting abd boxing WITHOUT washing her hands, she worked without gloves, kept touching her hat, pens, and tools around the finishing table. What a disgrace to the company as a whole.

  I thought everything was normal. Pizza look and tasted great. Until I got terribly sick. It was the only thing I ate that day. Woke up with vomiting and diarrhea.

  Walking into this Pizza Hut was a very nostalgic trip. We enjoyed a nice conversation with Kylie and the service was prompt. We loved a trip down memory lane. The classic Pizza Hut lights brought back so many memories.
