  Ordered a chocolate shake yesterday afternoon in thr driveway. Guy in the window handed me a white as snow, vanilla shake. I waited till he came back, and asked for a chocolate shake. The guy just rudely blurts out, "thats what the chocolate shakes look like today, i dont know why" then quicly closes the window. The shake was 100% vanilla. The guy just lied to my face as if i was blind, and had no taste buds, for no reason at all. Could habe easily corrected my order... all while other employees goofed off inside, and outside the store. Wow.

  This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. 2 times I have ordered food here and both times I did not get what I ordered and what I did get was cold. I paid for iced coffee but it was only vanilla creamer on ice, no coffee. I ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffins, I got 2 cold muffins with only sausage and no egg. Absolutely the worst experience. Go somewhere else.

  My son was almost done eating his chicken tenders when he almost bit this!!! How can they serve this type of food! No good service or food. Time took longer than usual. Only if the kids didnt love McDonald's I'd stop going.. I hope he dont get sick .

  If you are expecting it to be "FAST" food. go somewhere else. The only way you will even get mediocre service is through the drive through. I ordered ahead on the app to pick up curb side. after arriving and waiting at curbside for 15 minutes and watching several vehicles go through the drive through after I had arrived I finally walked in to see what was going on with my order. The interior of the restaurant was messy and had sticky floors. After standing waiting in the lobby to speak with someone for a couple minutes I finally spoke up to ask where my order was that I had now been waiting on for 20 nearly minutes. Their lack of ability to care was VERY obvious. Needless to say I will not be back at this location.
