  I stopped by on my way to a job site in the morning so I didn’t have time to go back but I ordered their egg and cheese biscuit and was given a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Unfortunately I can’t stand bagels at all so this just got thrown away

  I recognize that the drive through team is evaluated on speed of service, but when those numbers are the priority, customer service goes out the window. I ordered a meal and asked for an extra order of fries. The first window takes my payment and barely makes eye contact because she’s taking someone else’s order. I tried correcting my order because they forgot the fries. I drove to the second window and asked for sauce and the missing fries, before I even finish my sentence, she said to “drive up to the next window”. At the third window, the runner brings me the sauce and starts to close the window when I say “I’m still missing my fries”. He said, “they’re not in your order and you didn’t pay” I give him my card and ask for ketchup and he ran away without listening to me. He came back and gave me my card, so I explained to him that I understood they’re on a timer, but everyone ignored the second part to any of my requests. He understood and left to get my ketchup. Before he came back, another employee shoved someone else’s food at me and I explained I was waiting for ketchup. She gives me two packages and said have a nice day. This whole experience was so poor and as someone who manages a customer service oriented team, I am posting this with the hopes that someone in The Glaser Group is able to correct this behavior. At the end of the day, my whole order took longer because the employees are not trained to listen to the customer beyond the first words they hear. Do better.

  So this was a nice location however, I used a coupon he said I didnt when I got up there he saod no. I show him my phone he pretended to be the manager and lied to me and didnt want to give me my food. Poor customer service.

  Ordered breakfast on the app. It showed the order confirmed. I get to the drive thru and was told the order was canceled because they are not doing breakfast any more. Wasted my time. I took the time to drive to drive to their location and give them my business. They suck! No sense of customer service.

  This is the latest in a series of orders that have been constantly messed up. The other bun is missing? What is going on in there?! I would love to eat at this establishment more but the service quality is AWFUL. Consistently forgetting parts of my order every single time I go there. Do not recommend
