  I have to say, not a huge fan of the WALLS most McDonald's have installed to force you to use the self ordering kiosk and to minimize personal interaction with customers but today was a welcoming suprise. The taller gentleman with glasses who was with great pride cleaning the facility was awesome! Not only is the inside of the restaurant very very clean, but He had an awesome attitude, a smile the whole time and his customer interaction was far above the average you recieve at McDonald. I really hope he is blessed and i can see a bright future ahead for Him. If you visit this location please make sure to compliment Him on his performance of duties and let Him know he is appreciated. Great work sir!

  Ordered a Double quarter pounder with no onions add mayo at the drive-thru I noticed on my receipt, it wasn't taken off I told the lady & still they made it wrong & gave me a quarter pounder not a double with everything. 🤦🏽‍♀️

  This is actually one of my favorite McDonald's locations around the area! The food seems to come out quick and hot. Unlike other locations around town that have noone there and it still takes forever to get cold food. My only complaint about this trip is this. You'd think with McDonald's being a billion dollar company that they wouldn't skimp out on napkins. Idk if it was passed down from corporate or what but I get 1 maybe 2 napkins in my bag if I'm lucky. Sometimes it's 0!!! I enjoy the mcrib being back, but let's face it, it's saucy and can be messy. 1 napkins in my bag is a little ridiculous in my opinion. Yes I know this is a first world problem but still. Do better for your customers, especially those enjoying mcrib season.

  Service was terrible, we dined in ordered chicken nugget happy meal and chicken sandwich meal took over 30 minutes to receive my order, only after I went up to the front where no one was attending and waiting for 5 minutes to get someone’s attention. I told them it has been over 20 minutes and I haven’t received my order she told me sorry sir your just going to have to be patient but customers who ordered after me was already half way through there meals. When I said I wanted to speak to a manger she walked away and then magically my order appeared 2 minutes later. Terrible service and terrible customer service. They need to learn how to manage orders first come first serve

  I never thought I’d be writing a review for McDonald’s, but this location genuinely surprised me in the best way. I usually expect average food from fast-food places, especially when ordering through the drive-thru, but this was a completely different experience. Everything was fresh, tasted amazing, and exceeded my expectations. We ordered two double cheeseburgers, a basket of fries, and a 20-piece Chicken McNuggets to share between two adults. For the first time in a long while, McDonald’s actually felt affordable, and the quality made it even better. Everything was on point, from the freshness to the taste. It’s rare for a fast-food experience to leave you this impressed, but this location absolutely delivered. Keep up the great work!
