  While I love Jimmy John’s very much. I’m a little bit disappointed about Today’s visit… I’m pregnant with twins and I was really craving a turkey sandwich from Jimmy John’s so I go when I get the number 12 And I asked if they could just cook the meat because it is dangerous during pregnancy to have uncooked meat After confirming with what seem to be the manager that they can do it, I went ahead with the rest of my order And waited patiently. After receiving my food, the turkey was so cold. It was not cooked at all, After expressing my concerns to them that I am pregnant and cannot have uncooked ham or turkey yes, I know I could’ve just gotten the whole sandwich toasted however that’s not what I wanted because the bread gets hard I would not have ordered anything and just would’ve went somewhere else had I known that they weren’t Going to just specifically cook the meat As they said they would. Knowing I could not have it, they sent me walking out with it anyway

  Love jimmy johns, but this was my first time ordering from this location. The pickle quartered was completely rancid and mushy. It was obviously cut way too long ago and had been rolled inside of the wrapper. When I opened the wrapper the smell was putrid and the juice got everywhere. They also forget to put my cookie in the bag. Won’t be back to this one.

  Update: Management said they would call with an offer for replacement, but I've still not heard anything from them after several weeks. Boy, has Jimmy Johns taken a nosedive in quality! I normally cannot afford $60-75 for a weeknight meal for 4, so we rarely eat here. I had a coupon discount in my app, so decided to splurge. What an awful mistake! First, I was surprised the subs were done so quickly, but noticed when I arrived that the restaurant was completely empty (probably an indicator). I picked up my order and drove back home. Little did I know, I should have actually checked the subs in the store. None of the 4 subs had the cheese or any condiments ordered or listed on the ticket. How does a beef and cheddar literally have no cheddar? None of the 4 were cut in two and there was no mayo, mustard, or any other condiment. That's tough to swallow with a toasted, dry, scratchy sub. Meanwhile, I was still out $45+, but then had to find something else for dinner. I've only ever not eaten or served something ordered one other time, but the subs were completely inedible. If you think you're craving the good old version of Jimmy Johns you remember, keep dreaming, as it's long gone! Update to add: one of my kids ate their sub for lunch rather than waste it, then she threw up! Yuck!

  Typical food sandwiches. Acceptable but nothing special. Way better than mcdonald's tho

  That's the first time i've been to jimmy john's.I was always under the assumption they had cold sandwiches only.But I got a chicken, bacon, ranch toasted and it was very good.
