  Very helpful and friendly young ladies last week when I went thru the drive thru. They took their time and recommended different teas that were popular and on the secret menu! Will for sure be returning

  Absolutely love this place, tea is wonderful favorite is mint sweet ice tea, the people who work there are always friendly...only problem is the tops of the cups don't stay on, almost every time I end up wearing my tea.

  I have been going to HTeaO on the daily for over 3 years. This one is closer to my house but I do not like the way they do not honor the “bring your own cup” discount. Also, they rang up my Stanley as a HUGE and it is not! I told them the HUGE is 50 ounces and my Stanley is 40 ounces and their styro is 44 ounces and the large is 40 ounces. Why would you charge me for a product that I am not getting?

  This was my 2nd visit at the newly opened location. I brought my own tumbler to fill, as I usually do. Upon going to fill my cup, I had an employee approach me and tell me that they were no longer honoring the discount to fill your own cup and that it would be charged as a huge size. Mind you, my tumbler is 40oz in size. I wasn’t sure if this was something new at all locations or just this one. I called another location to compare and was told that they had not implemented such a policy and that rules can differ from store to store. Needless to say, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth so won’t be going back to this location and will be sure to let friends/family who go here aware as well.
