The curbside store shoppers are not courteous of the customers and consistently block entire isles. The employees do not seem to be trained to bag correctly and end over-filling bags to the point if breaking or putting just one or two items in one bag. When I bring my own bags they completely overlook the types of bags I have and try to cram everything into my one cooler bag. Today the bagger even glared at me, I guess for using reusable bags? I am tired of having to rebag my groceries after every trip; I would really prefer self checkout for this reason, but that is not always an option because they limit it to number if items.

When I asked about the difference and requested the shelf price, the staff was very reluctant to help and did not honor the displayed price. I ended up buying a different item. I understand that pricing errors can happen, but the way the situation was handled made the experience frustrating. I hope the store can address these pricing discrepancies and provide better assistance when customers point them out.

The Georgetown store is exceptionally clean, bright, and massive, yet it still has that warm, friendly local feel.The produce section was bursting with fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables, the bakery smells incredible, and the selection of local Texas products and their own brand items is top-notch. Prices are super reasonable, and the staff couldn't have been kinder. Too bad that H-E-B isn't nationwide. If you are visiting Texas, visiting this grocery store is an absolute must-do attraction!
