  Very disappointed with today's experience with cashier Brandi B. She's is completely clueless about returns and was holding up the line unnecessarily as she has no idea how things work. If she could not find the card which we used to purchase why is she using and swiping my id??? Completely clueless and was constantly saying " I'm losing my mind..." Cashiers should be trained on basic returns and not to drive customers crazy and unnecessary frustrations. She also first said I can make some purchases and count returns towards the purchases. But then when I had the cart with new items to purchase she said the line is too long and she has to take care of the next customer. Cashiers like these lack basic common sense. I now completely lost my confidence in returning any more items on future at heb. This will make me even think 10 times before visiting HEB I'd rather visit Costco which have separate return line and people dedicated to it. What a terrible experience!!!!

  This HEB is terrible. I was given an item over 15 days past the expiration date. This was an item with the date listed right on top and they still sold it despite being over two weeks past the best by date. I can't imagine how expired and old the produce is that doesn't have visible expiration dates listed. Between the government reducing so many food protections and this HEB having no quality control - this is NOT A SAFE PLACE TO SHOP FOR GROCERIES. This isn't even the first time we've been sold expired and completely rotten fruits/vegetables, and from reading these reviews this is a constant problem people face. Completely unacceptable.

  Waiting time for billing too high I waited around 20-25 minutes for billing almost every time . They are not open billing counter only opened 4 counters

  The steamer in the seafood market never works. Over the past several months I’ve tried to have something steamed, they say it’s broken. Today one guy said it was working and then he got the person to do it, and then he said it was broken. Not sure if they’re lying but I’ve never had this problem at any other HEB before

  I had a very disappointing experience with the cashier, Wendy, at HEB. During my checkout, I felt that I was treated differently than other customers in line. The interaction came across as dismissive and disrespectful, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope HEB looks into this and reminds employees to treat every customer with respect and professionalism. I wanted to share my experience so other customers are aware and so the store has an opportunity to address it.
