- MMMeghan MajorJun 17, 20261.0I have gone through the drive-through at this location multiple times and I order the same drink same size every single time. Every time I order a large ice Vampire slayer rebel. And every time I am charged $10.01 for this drink however with tax according to the online ordering this drink should only be $7.85. When I went through the drive-through yesterday on 616 at around 5:40 PM I ordered my same drink like always and again was charged $10.01 when I asked the girl behind the counter why the cost through the drive-through in store was more expensive than the price on the app if I order through it, she simply said I’m not sure that’s just how the system is. I asked to leave my number and name to have a manager call me and she said that I would have to reach out through the app to customer service for any kind of clarification or resolution. Definitely going to try the other location near my work and see if the charge discrepancy between the location and the app is the same or if they’re charging what they’re supposed to be according to the app

Staff is always upbeat, friendly, and genuinely seem happy to be there — even when the line is wrapped around the building. The Golden Eagle is a must, and the pup cups for your dogs are a sweet little bonus. Drinks are consistently good and the prices are way more reasonable than the big green mermaid. It's hard to leave in a bad mood. ☕🐾✨

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
