- KVKelsey Veloz1 day ago2.0I expected my usual experience at the Georgetown Chick-fil-A today however, it wasn’t as great as usual. I placed my order via the mobile app as I usually do, I arrive at the restaurant and then I receive my order but it’s all the wrong items. The sticker on the bag that the employee handed me had my name and everything I had ordered but everything inside was wrong. I communicated with the employee and she apologized and came back with the correct order however, no sauces I ordered were inside. Therefore, I had to go back and tell the employee and she then gave me the sauces. Then as I arrived home and start eating I get to about half way of my fries and I come to the realization that half of my fries are all small tiny scraps of fries. I’m not sure what happened today within this Chick-fil-A. I have never had a negative experience with the Georgetown location Chick-fil-A until now. Pretty disappointed as a local customer.

I went through the drive through and the kind lady there checked me in and read off my entire order. When I made it to the front of the line and a kind gentleman brought out my food there was only one meal in the bag, the chicken sandwich. I asked him about the other one and he looked at my receipt on my phone and said he'd go ask about it. I was instructed to park in a pick up spot and wait. A very rude female manager named Mayra came out and spoke with me. She told me I didnt order the chicken nuggets and that if I wanted them I'd have to order them again. I showed her my receipt with the date and time and she still told me I didnt order the food. I asked her what I could do about a refund and she told me I wasn't gonna get one. I asked for someone above her and she said there wasn't anyone. I told her I wasn't leaving without food or a refund and she then started trying to resolve my issue. She told me she needed to see my bank statement (shes not allowed to ask for this) or she couldn't give me my food. I told her she couldn't ask for that but finally showed her as I just wanted to leave. She finally went inside and grabbed a bag of food and drink off the counter and brought it out, so clearly the food was ready. This is absolutely ridiculous, I have never been treated like this. I expect a little better then to be treated like a thief at chick fil a.

If you’re hungry and there are no higher-rated options nearby, it’ll do. Service is the same as any other fast-food chain: “What can I get you?” followed by “Here’s your number.” The table wasn’t even clean, and the seats still had crumbs from breaded chicken. I was expecting something a bit better than a typical fast-food joint, especially given how much they emphasize their breaded chicken and being closed on Sundays. SMH.
- ZZZolvaringOct 1, 20261.0We came here every day for a while but I think we will stop now. For the second day in a row, instead of our chicken strips, we got home to find grilled nuggets. I don't know why this is suddenly happening, but it is very frustrating. Today I asked about the mistake from yesterday, and was told to call the store next time. Today I got home and saw the same mistake and I called the store only for the automated system to simply say to return to the store before hanging up. I have receipts from both of these occassions. In both cases my receipt says chicken strips so I have to assume this is a back of the house issue.
