  Today was my first time trying Cava & I had such a great experience at CAVA today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and everything tasted amazing. Abby was absolutely amazing — so kind, patient, and attentive. She made the whole experience even better with her positive attitude and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  The CAVA in Georgetown is seriously amazing! The food is always fresh and so good, and the service makes the experience even better. Abby is by far the best worker ever — she’s so friendly, hardworking, and always makes customers feel welcomed. You can tell she truly cares about her job and the people she serves. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back to this Georgetown location!

  We had such a great experience at CAVA today! From the moment we walked in, everything was welcoming, clean, and organized. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh ingredients, generous portions, and so many flavorful options to choose from. Every part of the meal tasted incredible, and you can really tell they care about quality. What really made the visit stand out though was the customer service. Alex took care of us and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, patient, professional, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. He answered our questions, made great recommendations, and genuinely made us feel appreciated as customers. It’s rare to find service that good these days, and Alex truly made the whole experience memorable. The atmosphere was great, the food came out quickly, and everything exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon and recommending this location to friends and family. Huge thanks to Alex and the whole team for such an awesome experience. Easily a 5-star visit!

  I must start with saying that I am a big fan of CAVA but the Georgetown location has been disappointing, the quantity at this location is half of what I get at other locations. Ordered a falafel crunch and got 2 falafels and lots of things that supposed to be in the recipe was missing.This is not just once quantity has been this way and I have seen other reviews with similar complaints but no improvement not returning here.

  Don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this one felt worth mentioning. The food is great, no doubt—but the portions and consistency were disappointing. We dined in and were surprised to get only 2 pieces of lamb meatballs, and were charged almost $3 for vegetables as an extra “protein” 😝 When we went back to clarify, the cashier said it’s just how it is. We were honestly shocked since this isn’t our first time dining here, and we’ve never been charged extra for vegetables like that before.i
