  I was denied access with my VA issued service dog because he wasn’t wearing a vest. This is a ADA violation. A police report was filed and I am pursuing the civil rights charges. We have eaten there several times before and had no issues. This was an extremely embarrassing experience for me and my entire family.

  Went to this location on a Sunday at 12:30, restaurant was probably 50% full with ample seating available. For a table for two the hostess said it would be a 15 minute wait “for the kitchen to catch up”. Wouldn’t waste your time at this location.

  I stood in the lobby for 20 minutes empty store no employees in sight. When someone finally showed up I was meet with attitude as if I wasn’t supposed to be there and when I got the order I needed it was no longer hot. Order was set for 1015 didn’t walk out til close to 11. Don’t open your lobby if you are prepared for customers.

  When we walked into the building we stood there for almost ten to fifteen minutes with no one greeting us and, the staff standing around greeting friends of theirs that had just walked in while actively seeing there were customers waiting to be spoken with. It took another couple who was standing behind us to clam the store in which when the phone was answered they reported “we’ve been standing around for ten minutes while your staff is just talking and messing around while looking at us” then and only then did we get seated. However when we got to our table our server was great and very attentive and super sweet.
