Today, we went back to Baskin-Robbins for ice cream, and the service was truly night and day compared to our previous visit. We ordered a waffle cone with Butter Pecan on the bottom and Cookie Dough on top. My wife ordered a small cup of Rocky Road. The young lady working the drive-thru, Talasia, greeted us with such positive energy and genuinely made us feel appreciated as customers. That kind of customer service was refreshing, especially after the experience we had during our previous visit. Because our previous review was never acknowledged by management, I decided to call the store back today specifically to let Talasia know how much we appreciated her customer service. She was genuinely happy to hear the feedback. Thank you, Talasia, for providing excellent customer service and reminding us that a positive attitude can make a big difference in a customer's experience. Employees who take pride in serving customers deserve to be recognized. We’ve been coming to the Georgetown location at least 5–8+ times a year and have generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, tonight was very different. I ordered a scoop of Rocky Road in a small cup, along with a scoop of Butter Pecan and a scoop of Cookie Dough in a waffle bowl. I specifically asked for the waffle bowl to be kept separate from the ice cream because I planned to eat it when I got home. I was informed that they were out of waffle bowls. So, I asked for a waffle cone to be separate from the ice cream. The young lady who greeted us over the intercom was very rude and condescending. I initially gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps it had been a long day because I had noticed a line of cars in the drive-thru earlier. However, after repeating myself and receiving the same rude response, I pulled up to the window to see if there was an issue with hearing me over the intercom. Unfortunately, the same attitude continued in person. After I clearly explained what we wanted, she took the order and returned with our items. I asked for her name, and she seemed surprised that I asked. She told me her name was Nora. Baskin-Robbins management: I would strongly suggest having a coaching conversation with Nora regarding customer service and how customers are treated. We genuinely enjoy coming to this location, but there are plenty of other ice cream shops where we can spend our money and receive a welcoming experience. We come here multiple times a year, so I hope tonight was simply a one-off situation and that it doesn’t happen again. However, it should be addressed. I’m sharing this because we like supporting this location and would like to continue doing so. Good customer service makes a difference.

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
