  Sherry was the manager on shift during my family's first visit. The place was so clean, the flld was fast, and despite .messing up the order, she came over, promptly greeted us, and corrected things quickly. She also gave my son a free shake! She runs a tight ship and because of such, it was a nice setting and experience. Carlos, our cashier on the other hand, didnt seem like he wanted to be there and seemed super annoyed. He kinda killed the vibe...

  My family and I had an absolutely incredible experience thanks to the outstanding hospitality from Cornelius and Jaleesa! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The entire place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail truly made our visit unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be coming back. Without a doubt, this was a 10/10 experience—highly recommend!

  New Cheesesteak sandwich was no bueno, service was great, shake was fantastic. Place was clean, fast service as well. Should have had my usual beef and cheddar instead! Came back today to get my beef and cheddar and French dip. Food was fantastic… on the other hand. 19 min 30 seconds to get my food. 2 tickets in the DT, one ticket for the lobby. The manager actually told the young man, hey, you have a dinning room, not once anyone said hi, hello or nothing. Food sat on the Shute for a solid 12 min waiting for someone to make the shake. After he handed me the food he never said one word. The manager was mopping the floors which is great to see the help, but not once also acknowledging the person standing at the register looking and waiting. Check your cameras at 9:45pm. I love Arby’s…. Please look into it.

  I spent $42 on 5 items. The white mac and cheese was not worth $4.49. Not even close to chick- filet mac and cheese. The new cheese steak meat was amazing, but the bun was stail and hard to chew. The worst though was, I ordered the half pound roast beef and Cheddar and they literally put one dime size drop of Cheddar cheese. Ruined the whole sandwich. Over all I wish I still had my $42. I dont mind spending $100 if the food is worth it, but when the food just isn't worth the money. Its pretty upsetting, especially in today's times we're everyone is struggling. Oh ya asked for ranch for my philli, they game me none but put Arby's sauce in the bag when I had specifically asked for no Arby's sauce on all three of my sandwiches!
