  So pleasant, staff was great, helpful kind and asked if meal was ok. Had the double meat and it was delicious! Will be back

  Went by there yesterday evening after 6 and placed an order. No confirmation on the order so drove up to window and no one came to the window and there was no activity seen in the kitchen area. There were some people either trying to get in or just coming out of the restaurant - they said the door was locked and we checked. It appeared that there was someone in the restaurant and the Closed sign was not on the door, so this seems strange. We have visited this location several times before and never had this experience. Was there only one person on staff? I would like to know what happened.

  Ordered food online around 6 today and showed up to a locked door, and no one there. lights on phone busy. Was never served. This is unacceptable hard earned dollars wasted

  I haven't been to Arby's in probably half a decade. And the last time I went, it was to this location. I wasn't impressed at the last visit, so I haven't been back since. Obviously, they are either under new ownership or new management, because this is the Arby's I remember being amazing back in the 90's. Everything was extremely fresh, my sandwich was HUGE. I could barely get a bite it was so packed. The sides were hot and fresh. The dipping sauces were so much better than I remembered. Arby's, you made me love you again.

  Since Lakeline Arby’s closed, we haven’t had a chance to eat our favorite beef 'n cheddar. Today I stopped by the Georgetown location and was impressed! Clean restaurant, super friendly staff, hot fresh food! Now I know why the Lakeline location was closed lol.
