  I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I’ve hit my limit. I’ve been traveling back and forth from San Antonio to the RGV for years. My family loves Dairy Queen, but the wait time at the location is unbelievable, they always add 20-30 mins to our trip (even when nobody’s in line). Please look into your inefficiencies because there is nothing fast about this fast food restaurant.

  Stephanie at the desk was mean and rude. They froze our ice creams and say they couldn’t find us , literally we were right in front of the desk waiting for our order. No one called and just froze our ice creams which tastes worst after freezing . I would think its RACIST as they made for 15 fifteen people crowd infront of me and maybe we are brown colored Never again to this location

  My family and I had a really disappointing experience at the drive-thru. When we first ordered, the employee who took our order had a rude tone. I asked for cotton candy ice cream, and she responded, “We don’t make ice cream, we make blizzards,” which felt unnecessary and dismissive. When we pulled up to the window, that same employee walked away, and we were left waiting for a few minutes with no help. A second employee eventually came to the window and seemed confused about why we were there. He asked if we had ordered or paid, even though we had already placed our order. He was the only person who was polite and helpful during the experience. After waiting even longer, a third employee brought our order. She was also rude—she opened the window while chewing gum, didn’t greet us, and didn’t speak when we asked for napkins. When we said “thank you, have a good day,” she just responded with “uhh ok.” Overall, the service was very unprofessional and unfriendly. This experience was frustrating, and I hope it can be addressed so future customers are treated with more respect. Side note, I am reading comments that go on over a year and the customer service is still SO BAD. Yall keep saying your going to change but yall don’t. this Dairy Queen is in the country part of town I expected some southern hospitality, not whatever type of getto service that was.

  Disappointed. After letting two workers know that we were missing our dessert, it took an over 35 minutes for them to bring out two ice cream cones. Blizzard’s that we had ordered were already melting when we received them. We had also requested extra banana and pecans for the blizzards, but there was hardly any of those toppings either.
