  I have never been to a Sonic this bad. I think giving this Sonic 3 chances was 2 too many. They are always out of things, service is slow, food is either over cooked or just not good. They play around more than they work, this is also why they cannot get the orders correct. I will never go back to this Sonic!

  This was not the best sonic I have eaten at. We did an online order and still had to wait 10 minutes for the food. When we got the food it was cold and bot even warm. The breakfast burger was cold and bread was hard, there was no meat in our breakfast burritos. Very poor service and quality of food. Very disappointing, as I usually love sonic!

  Every time we go here we have to wait forever to get our food. Even if it's just drinks or a small snack or an ice cream, we have to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes after it says it'll be ready for pickup for one or two items. Rarely when we go are they busy. Today I just had to post this because are you kidding me.... This is a plain sundae??? It's like half a cup of soft serve ....

  not good for breakfast at all. Ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito got a tortilla with nacho cheese, one little piece of bacon, two little sausage crumbs, maybe teaspoon of egg and three tator tots that was cold.

  Always out of stuff. Today they’re out of patties for the burgers. You’re a burger place like how! Can’t ask for a refund, because you’ll never get it. Pay for extras but have to substitute for cheaper items so they steal your money. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Get new management.
