Went to this Dairy Queen tonight and had one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered two small Blizzards and could visibly see an employee in training accidentally poke through one of the styrofoam cups while making it. Instead of remaking it fresh, they transferred it into another cup and kept going. I tried to overlook it because mistakes happen.
While eating my Blizzard, I first found small pieces of styrofoam mixed into the ice cream. Then I bit into a larger piece. After that, I found a dead spider in the Blizzard.
I immediately brought it back to the counter and showed the employees. The only response was “we can remake it for you.” At that point I was completely disgusted and asked for a refund instead. They only refunded ONE Blizzard even though the entire experience was unacceptable and clearly raised sanitation concerns.
I understand people are training and accidents happen, but finding foreign objects and a spider in food is beyond acceptable. If this had been given to a child, it could have been dangerous. I’m extremely disappointed in both the food safety and the way the situation was handled.

It should not take 30 mins to get two ice creams.. also the guy asked us 6 times what we and other people ordered. Another thing is one of the cooks kinda raised his voice at a customer bc the customer couldn’t hear the employee bc he was talking quiet.. not very impressed at all

Ordered a large Royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard, was only mixed on top, 3/4 of it was plain ice cream. Not worth it at all.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. Stood at the front counter while two employees focused entirely on the drive-thru like the people inside didn’t even exist. The front counter wasn’t just slow—it was a complete damn roadblock.
While we were waiting, a veteran with 30 years of service—who was already there when we arrived—had been waiting over an hour just to pick up an online order… and still no food in sight. An hour for a pickup order is beyond unacceptable—it’s straight-up disrespectful.
After hearing that and seeing zero sense of urgency from the staff, my wife and I said screw this and walked out. Not wasting any more of our time at a place that clearly doesn’t give a damn about its customers
