  I have no issue with the drive through taking super long, but when we pull up and the blizzards are like straight liquid that’s so frustrating. DQs whole schtick is that they are able to flip the blizzards over cause they are that cold and thick.

  Enjoyed a wonderful lunch today in Gatesville at the Dairy Queen. There were 2 young ladies that stood out with exceptional service, Lyssa & Lilah. They were friendly, prompt and so very courteous. The food was great & the facility was the cleanest I've been in.

  On door dash odered 4 burgers a order of onion rings and a basket and it took almost a hour to get and it was horrible. Onion rings were burnt one of the burgers was missing and 2 were made wrong and the 6 piece basked only had 5 pieces in it. We called and they said there was nothing they could do unless we wanted to go all the way there and take the food to them. The total was almost $90 and very not worth even a quarter of that

  Took way too long to get a dipped cone and a small blizzard . A lady in front of us said that she had been waiting for 25 minutes on two small blizzards. There were three people working, one cooking, one waiting on the drive through, and one at the counter. There were about 18 to 20 people in the restaurant at the time. Some already had their food others were waiting.
