  The store has been open for awhile now. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The pharmacy staff is Superior!!!!

  I recently stopped by Tom Thumb to pick up flowers for my sister after surgery. I went to the floral counter to ask if they could be wrapped, and I was told there would be about a 20-minute wait, which I completely understood. I was just short on time, so that part was not an issue at all. When I approached the floral counter, the associates were talking and I said hello, but didn’t get a response, which made things feel a little unwelcoming from the start. Since I couldn’t wait, I asked if I could have a piece of wrapping paper to do it myself. The associate responded by correcting me and saying they use tissue paper and that I could find it in an aisle xyz. It wasn’t so much the answer, but the tone and delivery that felt dismissive and rude. I was already feeling a bit emotional trying to do something nice for my sister, so the interaction caught me off guard. I went to the customer service counter only to ask for the store manager’s contact information so I could follow up at another time. The acting manager there kindly asked what happened, and after I explained, she immediately stepped in to help. She wrapped the flowers for me and even added a balloon, which I truly appreciated. I’m sharing this as honest feedback because small interactions make a big difference. I hope this can be a learning opportunity for the floral team, as the care and professionalism shown by the manager is exactly what creates a positive customer experience. I will add that I will not visit this location for any floral needs moving forward as there is a closer location to me, I just happened to decide to drive to this one because it was my one stop shop for over 10 years.

  Rudest associate, wife left cell phone in cart, realized it late. Drove to store and went to customer service. Employee says it’s closed I said I realize that and told her about cell phone, she said been here since 4 no one has told her about a cell phone, it was in plain sight behind counter, I told her she could’ve said I’ll check behind counter or ask somebody else, she stated I’m not gonna argue with you then we saw the phone. She was very rude, not 1st rude contact with this lady. Customer service and friendliness has faded. Long time customer but thinking I need to change to different company
