    If I could give zero stars I would. First off I haven't shopped at Tom Thumb in years. Second off I found out that there was a store in the neighborhood so I decided to order a cake. Cake was supposed to be ready at 9 I arrived at the counter about 8:50ish. The kicker was The lady wrapping the bread just looks at me don't say a word😂 so I stood there just to see if she has the customer service that she was trained to do continues to wrap bread so I finally say excuse me I'm here to pick up a cake that was supposed to be ready at 9. No English which is a damn joke she goes to get one that knows a little English so I tell her I'm here to pick up a cake that was suppose to be ready at 9 she says oh I'm doing it now mind you waited about 30 minutes so While I'm waiting another lady just throwed the chicken in the display container. Chicken salad looked like it was expired etc. Here she comes with the cake it was horrible colors was not mixed properly it was supposed to be a cheetah print on the side she just took the piping bag and went in circles the sprinkles were missing she had no gloves on so I had to get a cake out of the freezer which were way off color scheme I wanted to buy more food for the party but once I saw all of the unprofessionalism and the unsanitary ways I said never again. Tom Thumb 👎🏾 please change your staff in the deli/bakery And hire a professional cake decorater. And her uniform looked like it came out of the dirty clothes no work shirt in customer service should look like that I will never buy a cake from Tom Thumb again

    Omg Amy in the floral Dept was such a great help I came in at the last minute. She created a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I’m so happy 10 out of 10. Thanks Again Amy N ❤️

    I was in the pineapple section pulling the leaf to test the ripeness. Fruit flys came out of everywhere. Gross. The whole section Please get that handled. What if screwworm gets through?

    I have been shopping at this Tom Thump location for over 10 years at least. Always had a great experience there until recently. I was diagnosed with colon cancer and a blood disorder December 22nd of last year. I have been eating a lot of fresh fruits and lean meats to try and stay as healthy as I can during my treatments for cancer. Sometimes the watermelon is very hard and I can't chew it that way because I've lost almost all my teeth due to the cancer. So sometimes I return the watermelon a lot of the time I don't I just toss it out. I've spent hundreds maybe thousands just on the fresh fruits and lean meats at Tom Thumb. One of the managers at the Garland location Adriana accused me of not having a receipt to be able to return my very hard watermelon. I showed her the receipt I told her I always have a receipt. Next she accused me a couple of weeks before that for not having a receipt for my things after I checked out. I couldn't find my receipt right away so I paid again got the receipt. Finally I ended up paying twice for my meats and fruits that day. I got home and found the other receipt. So I had 2 receipts with the same totals and the same items from that same day. I continued shopping at this Tom Thumb location due to the slanderous remarks made today by one of your managers Adriana accusing me of trying to steal my groceries that day I paid twice because I had put the receipt in my wallet that day and had forgotten I had done so. So like I said I have 2 receipts from that day for the same items. Then today when I brought my watermelon back with my receipt in front of everyone she called me a thief and told me I couldn't return any watermelon after today. This has been a horrible experience and I will be looking into filing suit against Tom Thumb for making slanderous remarks towards me in front of a store full of people made by Adriana. One of the things I could file suit for is deflmation of character among other things. I would remove Adriana before the law suits against this store in Garland gets this store shut down just to pay the clients off. Thank you for reading my review. I would suggest that your HR department do something about Adriana. I will be waiting for action to be taken if it isn't I will go ahead and file suit on June 15th. Sincerely Erica Dormany
