    There was one person working the line so sevice was slow. I ordered a foot long tuna on wheat. That tuna put on my sandwich was ruined. It tasted spoiled and smelled worse. I returned to the location from my home. The lady working the counter argued about the tuna being bad. She did offer to make me another sandwich. By that point my appetite was ruined from the tainted gross fish. No thank you. Will not be back.

    I have been coming to this location for the past year as it is close to my work, I have never had any issue before today, the lady working today was so incredibly rude, would not give me the promo cup I paid for. I called headquarters to complain, and the owner called me and was so incredibly nice and accommodating. Him and the other workers there are wonderful and the reason I will continue to go to this location.

    This is a very well kept Subway. The store is spotless and meat and vegetables were super fresh. Service was quick and friendly.

    Sorry for the long post but it has to be said! I went into this location yesterday to buy some food for my wife and I. We had just seen the advertisement on TV about the Buy One Get One Free footlong promotion. So I decided to come to this location since it was the closest to our UHAUL location and to our corporate office where we cater food from here sometimes once or twice a month. Never again!!!!! When I went inside to order the two ladies behind the counter told me that the promotion was over. I told them that I just saw it on TV and they said it must be on the app only. So, I looked on my app and it was there. During the check out process it would not apply my discount. So, after about 5 minutes of struggling with it a man whom I assumed is the owner of this location offered to help me. He was unable to figure it out either and did confirm that the promotion was active but could not explain why it was not applying to my order. So he said he would try to push it through on his end. The two ladies one whom is the manager made my sandwich almost 10 minutes later of making my wife's sandwich. While the owner was helping me with the app another customer came in and ordered a footlong steak and cheese. My wife had a BMT and I had the 5 Meat. The owner handed my two sandwiches that the female manager gave him and I left. He did only charge me for the one and I was extremely grateful for that. It was not until I got back to the office where both my wife and I are General Managers for UHaul that I opened up the bags. My sandwich was just as I saw and ordered but my wife's BMT was wrong. The food in her bag was not the BMT that she ordered but instead it was the STEAK and CHEESE that the other customer had ordered. So, somehow they gave that lady my wife sandwich and my wife got hers. My wife does not eat steak and cheese especially not with onions, bell peppers, and mayo. I called the store and the owner Ragu apologized for the mistake. He asked if I could go back and I was not able to because it was getting close to the busiest part of my day at our store. I politely asked if I could come back the next day to get it since I was not able to go today. He advised me that would not be a problem and I even asked did I need to send a pic or bring the sandwich back. He told me "No, no, no that would not be necessary." So I went into the store today to get my wife's sandwich since she was hungry. Ragu was not there but the female manger who messed up my order yesterday was there. I was wearing my UHaul uniform just like yesterday so she knew exactly who I was. She told the other lady who was on the line making the food that I needed the wrong sandwich in order to get my sandwich remade. I politely explained that RAGU told me I did not need it and it was from yesterday. I also explained that it was in our dumpster since it was not eaten. It is just my wife and I who live in apartment so I was not going to eat it since my sandwich was fine. I asked for the owners number since she was refusing to remake my sandwich and she stated that she does not have it nor did she know the number to either a District Manager or Corporate office. The location, store, owner (if that was him), and employees were great. However, if that lady who was worthless is the manager of this location was my employee. Then, I would be promoting her position to a GUEST!!!!!! Very rude, wouldn't even talk to me directly, or even look at me because she knew exactly who I was. She was on the line making sandwiches but as soon I walked in she looked right at me in the eyes and said said something to the other lady on the life and started working the line behind the counter cutting meat all of a sudden. Will never come back, nor will I refer people to this location. I will be finding a new location to get our sandwiches from including our catering orders from now on!! Stay away form this location unless you want bad service!
