    Here's a cleaner, respectful review that clearly explains what happened while focusing on the business's policy rather than the employee. I stopped by this Subway on Tuesday evening after soccer practice because I was hungry and needed to use the restroom. When I walked in, another customer was ordering, so I decided to use the restroom first before placing my order. The restroom door was locked, so I assumed someone was inside. As I walked back toward the counter, another customer mentioned that the employee had gone to get the key for me. When the employee returned, he asked if I needed the restroom key. I said yes, not realizing that a key was required. He then told me that I had to place my order before I could use the restroom. I asked if he was serious, and he confirmed that I needed to order first. I told him that I had planned to order, but after hearing that policy, I decided to leave instead. I don't blame the employee because I believe he was simply following the store's rules. My disappointment is with the policy itself. Requiring someone who is already planning to purchase food to wait until after ordering before using the restroom doesn't make much sense to me. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I'll be choosing a different location in the future.

    I placed an order online for pick up. When I arrived, I arrived 15 minutes past the time the order was ready for pick up only to be told that the order was never made due to an oversight. So I had to wait again for the order to be made in person, even though I gave them plenty of time to make the order. Afterwards, they apologized about the way and I inquired if perhaps I can get a free bag of chips due to the wait. Their demeanor and monotone was very hostile as they informed me that they are not allowed to do that. I told them I perfectly understood the rules however I just inquired as a form of showing remorse to offer sympathy for the wait and would show that they really did mean they were sorry about the wait. They sternly repeated themselves and told me no they were not going to do that and advise me to just leave already. I will not be returning to this location as long as these people still work there.

    I've been to this location before a couple of times but the last time I was there I was helped by a woman whose named I can't remember but wore glasses, I had asked for a couple sandwiches and she seemed visibly irritated and asked what I wanted in a passive aggressive tone, it was kinda busy but not acceptable to use that tone of voice towards a customer she doesn't know.

    Food getting worse and worse every time i eat here I got tuna sandwich and after 2 hours of eating it my stomach got heart and start having diarrhea for over 3 days I will never eat here and i will tell all my family and friends to not buy any food from subway again

    We placed a online order. It was ready 5 minutes after we picked it up. Plenty of outdoor and indoor sitting. Food was exactly like it was ordered minus my black pepper. Waited 5 minutes because they has a lil line inside but friendly staff and was pleased
