    First time I have been at a Sonic. No indoor seating, only outdoor or in your car. Ouch in the Texas heat. No walk up window to order food.

    Had ordered a 2 double burgers yet only one patty on each. They make good food just have had orders wrong multiple times. Very frustrating. but still good establishment.

    They always get my order wrong. All I ever order is a cheese burger with ketchup and pickles..genuinely why can I never just get ketchup and pickles it’s either everything on the burger or just ketchup. It’s literally their job to make burgers…I just don’t understand how it’s every single time.

    I worked 14 hours on Father’s Day 06/21/26. I didn’t get a break to eat and was starving when I got home. I ordered a footlong coney MEAL with extra cheese and onions on the coney, a large tot with chili and cheese, and a large order of cheddar peppers, along with a RT 44 DrPepper and I requested 2 ranch and 2 jalapeño ranch. I received the coney (footlong hot dog placed on two small buns) very little cheese, minimal chili, and the drink. I didn’t get the large tots with extra cheese, no cheddar peppers, and NONE of the sauces I ordered. This was an Uber Eats order and yes the bag was sealed when I received it from the driver. I spent a lot of money on this order because of the extra cheeses on both the tots and coney, up charge for the drink, and priority delivery plus a nice tip. I had the saddest hot dog I think I’ve ever had. It wasn’t even warm. I guess this is what happens when you don’t go get your own food and kids prepare it.

    To start off the manager was no help at all, my food was cold, my MD RWB slush flt was melted, my burger was supposed to had EXTRA lettuce, pickles, EASY onions, and Mayonnaise and I tried to use my reward for the free fries he claims he didn’t know about it even when I showed him on my app , the bag and it looked like my food was just dropped in the bag..
