  I HATE this special sonic genuinely the most stupid people, they can’t hear, and always somehow mess up my order. Today i ordered a dirty Dr Pepper I accidentally ordered diet Dr Pepper so I went through the drive-through specifically so I wouldn’t get diet Dr Pepper they gave it to me wrong even though I said it more than three times not to give me the wrong drink, and I told him to give me a normal Dr Pepper but dirty. I tried to be optimistic and just take drink it when I notice but it was so disgusting. I only come here because it’s the closest to my house but I just want this place to shut down. They suck and apparently not a lot of people even like them with reason.

  Came on August 20th,2026 at 7:20pm. No cars in the drive thru. The name on the recipe is jasmine. I don’t know if that is the lady who checked us out but she doesn’t need to be working the window. Get someone else horrible customer service.

  Worker was very rude she had a horrible attitude like girl if you don’t like ur job get on some where I asked to make sure thier was strawberries in my blast she said okay and proceeded to give me the most watery blast every like why was it so liquidy did you spit in it or something like it gave me the biggest ick I had to throw it away horrible customer service and a waste of my time

  The lady working was incredibly rude she cut me off before I could even finish a sentence telling me to just pull forward she had an incredibly bad attitude was extremely slow and just seemed like she overall hated her job the level of service here is absolute garbage I'll never return to this location simply because of how this lady spoke to and treated me completely unprofessional

  Order 2 burgers a double with no onions and mustard no mayo other single no tomatoes got home both with mayo and both no tomatoes or onions both singles 20 min wait and still messed it up
