  Every time I come here there is always a problem the atmosphere is horrible and I tried to order my food the lady keep asking “what did you I can’t her you” I had to say it about 3-4 times and when I did get my food it was cold.

  Double check your order from this location. I ordered a Super Sonic cheeseburger combo. Which should have been a double meat double cheese. Got a regular cheeseburger. Called them 3 times and they refused to answer the phone. Probably the reason they refuse to answer is that they alway screw up orders. Couldn’t go back to this location because I was already at work. If this store is so hard up for money, instead of screwing over the customers they should just shut down this location.

  The groovy fries are always garbage. Hard and brown. It looks like they took them out of the garbage from the night before. Not even an exaggeration. Every single time. This was our weekly stop for fries and drinks but we had to stop.

  so the last 2 times i’ve doordashed, sonic absolutely butchered my order. i always order the smasher burgers, first time it was the double, this time the triple. i always order no onions. well first time, there was a literal MOUNTAIN of onions on said burger, and the mozzarella sticks were lacking the mozzarella completely 😒 all stick no mozz yknow? i called this sonic and refunded on doordash, no biggie. just let the manager know to make sure their workers are cooking quality food with the specifics of the order. this time however, i got 2 NORMAL PATTIES on my triple smasher. therefore the bun was absolutely drenched in grease. the cheese, slimy. the box, pooling with grease. at least they didn’t add onions i guess🥲 nearly $30 for this. wow. as someone who also works in fast food, i understand the struggle, but this is absolutely unacceptable.
