- CCCharJun 13, 20261.0This comment is solely for the delivery guy, prasanth. The first delivery guy showed up with the wrong pizza, so I had to wait another hour. When I received the correct order, prasanth was his name, instead of handing the pizza to me, he proceeds to set his delivery bag down up right, pulled my pizza out from the top of it and hands it to me, I thought my Pizza was going to fall out the box, it was almost opened. I have never ever experienced this type of bad service from Pizza Hut.

He was very combative and aggressive and would not hear a word I said. I am not sure how he is used to handling situations like wrong orders but I will never be ordering from this location again. Corporate would not give me a live person to speak to either. I hope this reaches someone so this issue doesn’t reach another customer because I am sure I am not the first.
